This apartment is set on the third floor (without elevator access). Its location close to the district’s metro station makes sightseeing easy. The recently renovated interior features contemporary design, and comes with one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, lounge-diner with double sofa bed and kitchenette.
An ideal location allows tourists to arrive in just a few minutes at the Olympic Village and stroll along the beaches of Barcelona. The apartments are also very close to Ciutadella Park and the Zoological Museum.
Fully equipped, down to the last detail. Each apartment provides all accessories. The "Barceloneta Beach IV" apartments are located on the Barcelona beach, in the traditional quarter of sailors and fishermen, famous for its restaurants. Next to the Olympic Port and featuring over forty bars and restaurants, it has become the city’s new leisure area that offers four kilometers of beaches and the possibity for all types of nautical sports.
The apartments are close to a train station, a metro stop and various bus lines allowing easy access to the rest of the city and other places of touristic interest, such as Las Ramblas, the Sagrada Familia or the Güell Park.
The owner has their own conditions regarding the keys and cleanliness, which if not met, may result in additional costs to the customer.

Extras
Internet connection is 10 Euros for the whole stay.
Prerequisite
When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.
If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
After 20h – 20 Euros
After 24h – 50 Euros
You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.

Overall: Everything was great. What could be better: Can anything be done about the bathroom smell? Small detail: I wish the beds didn't slide around so much. Put rubber pads on the legs? Charming. Simple. Small (great for 2 but I can't imagine both couches open to sleep 4 -- well I can actually: it would be like a tent) kitchen had all the "tools" you would need but really, Why would you cook much here with so much amazing and cheap food in the streets below?) only negative is the smell -- which alas, we were told is "normal" for beach side century old plumming) otherwise excellent location. Can see a slice of ocean from balcony. Good light on 3rd floor. Roof access is a bonus. No washer drier. Good heater. New everything. No bars underneath or within 2 blocks so relatively quiet. Recommended. (provided you can deal with that "old plumming" smell).
Oh-barcelona:
The landlord confirms that he has done work cleaning the pipes to minimize the effect of odors at the property. Note that to be a coastal area, these issues may arise, however the owner confirms his full availability during your stay.

die Unterkunft war perfekt. Genau wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben. Obwohl die Wohnung klein ist, ist sie perfekt ausgestattet. Kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass man so eine Wohnung besser und praktischer einrichten könnte. Kompliment!

We marked it average, because the fridge was not working properly and the shower was broken, when we arrived. The shower was fixed immediately after the week-end. We had no washer and no dryer-as far as we could tell. The noise level from neighbours was really bad on three days (out of 6 days)

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung im Internet zu 100 Prozent, es war sehr sauber und gepflegt sowie in einem sehr guten Gesamtzustand... Die Lage der Wohnung war optimal, ca. 1 Minute Fußweg zum Strand... Ich würde dieses Appartment ohne zu zögern wieder buchen...
