This recently refurbished, loft apartment is inspired by the surrounding Gothic Quarter. It is located on the second floor with elevator access. It has one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower unit, lounge-diner with kitchenette and double sofa bed. In addition to the facilities listed, this kitchenette comes equipped with an oven, ceramic hobs, toaster, juicer, crockery and cookware. They are fully equipped down to the last detail. The kitchen has all the accessories.
The Gothic Design apartments are in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. Here, the remains of the old Roman city can be found, as well as the group of medieval palaces and convents that are the heritage of a splendid past. Barcelona was the capital of the Catalan counts and monarchs for five hundred years.
A wide selection of bars and restaurants with trendy furnishings are found just a few steps from the apartment. In spite of this touch of modernity, the historic Gothic Quarter of Barcelona still retains the old bohemian personality that characterized it before it became one of the most popular areas of the city, frequented by local inhabitants and tourists. The apartments are very close to one of Barcelona’s most renowned Gothic buildings, the church of Santa María del Mar.

Prerequisite
When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.
If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
After 20h – 20 Euros
After 24h – 50 Euros
You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.

Alles war sauber und hat seriös gewirkt. C. die Kontaktperson war auch sehr nett und auf uns gewartet, bis wir angekommen waren.

Mattresses were horrible. Not suitable for adults. The logistics were very very cramped. Kitchen was marginally functional. We would not stay there again.

mancavano alcune cose invece indicate nella descrizione sul sito: ad esempio la LAVASTOVIGLIE (che mi sarebbe servita MOLTO, uno dei motivi di scelta dell'appartamento). Non ho visto lettore dvd e l'hi fi (ma NON mi servivano, quindi nessun problema)
