This recently refurbished, loft apartment is inspired by the surrounding Gothic Quarter. It is located on the third floor with elevator access. It has one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower unit, lounge-diner with kitchenette and double sofa bed.
They are fully equipped down to the last detail. The kitchen has all the accessories.
The Gothic Design apartments are in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. Here, the remains of the old Roman city can be found, as well as the group of medieval palaces and convents that are the heritage of a splendid past. Barcelona was the capital of the Catalan counts and monarchs for five hundred years. A wide selection of bars and restaurants with trendy furnishings are found just a few steps from the apartment. In spite of this touch of modernity, the historic Gothic Quarter of Barcelona still retains the old bohemian personality that characterized it before it became one of the most popular areas of the city, frequented by local inhabitants and tourists. Prerequisite
When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.
If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
After 20h – 20 Euros
After 24h – 50 Euros
You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.

Pordria indicar cuado uno llega la ubicacion mejor dado que es dificil de encontrar la calle y seria mas facil dar la referencia da las dos av q de la esquina del corro y entrar por los arcos donde esta el bar y no dar vuetas por todo el borm con el equipaje preguntando y encima de esa demora el agnte que nos recibe in sinua de cobrarnos el recargo por llegar despues de las 20hs. El costo no conicide que el servicio del apartamente. El resto del funionmiento del aparatamento perfecto, corrigiendo este volveriamos a contratar con Uds.

Perfettamente descritto, piccolo ma confortevole, essenziale negli spazi ma comodo. Posizione ottima in zona pedonale. Solo qulache rumore dal vano ascensore. Buon servizio

appartement très bien situé, bien desservi par les transports en commun, proche de la rambla mais dans un quartier calme. la photo de la vue de l'appartement sur le site ne correspondait pas à celle reellement : pas de vue du tout sur le clocher !

très bon contact et tres bonne reactivité lorsqu il s agit de reparer quelque chose dans l appartement... appartement tres tres bien situé, proche de restos, de la plage et calme au niveau du bruit de la rue. Par contre c'est tres sonore entre les apprtements via la cage d'ascenseur...mais pour nous pas de probleme car les voisins etaient discrets!
