Apartment in the heart of El Borne Barcelona

We enjoyed our stay, however we found the apartment difficult to find, as it is located in a small lane which nobody recognised when we asked people. There was a slight problem with communication with the contact person as the emails they sent to us with maps and information didn´t reach us. Other than that everything was perfect.

1A Lage, 5 Minuten bis zu den Ramblas & zum Hafen. Für 2 Personen perfekt, für mehr Gäste nicht empfehlenswert! Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet und hat einen Fahrstuhl. Negativ ist eine preiserhöhung um 45€ für 4Nächte, 5€ sind eine neue Tax (nachvollziehbar) und 40€ die als ...Kaution deklariert waren sind dem Preis aufgeschlagen wurden. 

Modern, well-equipped and clean.The location is quiet but ideally situated for both Gothic quarter and la Bourne.

as described. Only downside: tiny bedroom: there is only space for two single mattresses and there is nothing else good and efficient service.

contact person knew how to be professional, expect despite the delay of the aircraft, about French while it is specified that she speaks English and Spanish, short and concise explanation on the appartementj\' was able to used the coupon in the city offered the site, I think again appeal to them for my next vacation

personne de contact a su être professionnel,nous attendre malgré le retard de l'avion, parler français alors qu'il est précisée qu'elle parle que anglais et espagnol, explication brève et concis sur l'appartement j'ai pu utilisé les bon de réduction dans toute la ville qu'offre le site, je pense refaire appel à eux pour mes prochaines vacances

Great facilities and appartment in excellent condition. Great location in city. Excellent communication and information, staff very friendly and helpful.

Semplice, essenziale ma ben equipaggiato, ottimamente collocato. Leggermente rumoroso

The appt is well equiped and the furniture was nice. We however missed the possibility to hang up our coats and clothes, please put some holders on the walls!The other disadvantage is that you hear everything from the neighbours, 2 floors downstairs were some men, we thought at least 4 making a hell... of noise!And we could smell the smoke from the neighbours next door!But apart from that we loved the place! Very good we could use internet.
