This loft apartment is inspired by the surrounding Gothic Quarter, where the remains of the old Roman city can be found, as well as the group of medieval palaces and convents that are the heritage of a splendid past. Barcelona was the capital of the Catalan counts and monarchs for five hundred years.
A wide selection of bars and restaurants with trendy furnishings are found just a few steps from the apartment. In spite of this touch of modernity, the historic Gothic Quarter of Barcelona still retains the old bohemian personality that characterized it before it became one of the most popular areas of the city, frequented by local inhabitants and tourists. The apartments are very close to one of Barcelona’s most renowned Gothic buildings, the church of Santa María del Mar.
It is located on the fifth floor with elevator access. It has one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower unit, lounge-diner with kitchenette and double sofa bed. The kitchen has all the accessories.

Internet connection is 10 Euros for the whole stay.
Prerequisite
When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.
If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
After 20h – 20 Euros
After 24h – 50 Euros
You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.

Getting there

Basic amenities are present and in good condition. Overall value for money. Staff helpful and responded promptly when approached. The location can be difficult to find on the first attempt but is located in a central location. Lots of nice shops and restaurants nearby.

Appartement simple et sympathique. Idéalement situé pour se déplacer dans la ville. L'arrivée directe dans l'appartement via l'ascenceur surprend un peu mais on y prend vite goût. Un petit bémol cependant, il est plutôt sombre et la chambre est plutôt un "coin chambre".
