This recently refurbished, tourist apartment is located just off Las Ramblas, surrounded by the Gothic Quarter. It is located on the second floor, without elevator access. It has one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower unit, lounge-diner with kitchenette and double sofa bed.
The Ramblas apartments are fully equipped, down to the last detail. The apartment kitchen provides all accessories These apartments are on Las Ramblas boulevard, in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. Here, the remains of the old Roman city can be found, as well as the group of medieval palaces and convents that are the heritage of a splendid past. Barcelona was the capital of the Catalan counts and monarchs for five hundred years. This building is in the center of the medieval city, surrounded by leisure establishments that will make your stay unforgettable. Stroll around the most beautiful walk in the world, once, twice or even more. You will never tire of watching the ebullient life that has left its imprint on this boulevard.
The owner has their own conditions regarding the keys and cleanliness, which if not met, may result in additional costs to the customer.

Internet connection is 10 Euros for the whole stay.
Prerequisite
When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.
If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
After 20h – 20 Euros
After 24h – 50 Euros
You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.

The flat is in an excellent position on a lively but not too noisy street (the bedroom is at the back which made it quieter). But the beds were old and uncomfortable and need replacing. That is our only complaint. Otherwise all excellent. Oh - just remembered - the bathroom could do with some towel rails.
