Nadeel van de centrale ligging is wel het lawaai tot diep in de nacht. Als men in de zitkamer slaapt, zijn oordoppen aan te bevelen. De trap naar het appartement is ...smal, vrij stijl en een hele klim. De straat zelf kan wat onveilig overkomen. Ondanks dit alles is het appartement wel een aanrader!
