It has one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower unit, lounge-diner with kitchenette and double sofa bed The "Ramblas" apartments are fully equipped, down to the last detail. The apartment kitchen provides all accessories. The "Ramblas" apartments are on Las Ramblas boulevard, in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. Here, the remains of the old Roman city can be found, as well as the group of medieval palaces and convents that are the heritage of a splendid past. Barcelona was the capital of the Catalan counts and monarchs for five hundred years. This building is in the center of the medieval city, surrounded by leisure establishments that will make your stay unforgettable. Prerequisite
When performing the check-in, the owner will take your credit card data. Without a credit card the owner will not be able to perform the check-in and it will be construed as a cancellation on your part. The establishment reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or loss of objects (including keys) that take place during the stay.
If your arrival or exit is out of office hours, there will be an extra charge to be paid in cash, according to the following:
After 20h – 20 Euros
After 24h – 50 Euros
You should vacate the apartment before 11:00. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge in your credit card of one more night without any possibility to extend your stay.

Lovely apartment with all the equipment you would need to self cater. Good shower just be aware of the many stairs upto the apartment. Brilliant location close to restaurants, bars and Ramblas.

Very pleased with the apartment, it was very cold and did smell quite damp but was fine once the heaters had been on for a while. Brilliant and would definitely use OH again. Class Bedroom who we dealt with were very friendly and efficient.

Apartment is on the 4th floor (87 steps up!) so no good if you aren't fit and healthy, but otherwise brilliant. Great location, very central, and also on the upper floor of the classbedrooms.com office so there is always someone there to help you. Marcos is brilliant.

We were all very pleased with both accommodation and location of the apartment. Just a few minutes away from Las Ramblas, but still on a smaller street with small boutiques and pubs etc. The apartment is just like described on the web. Wi-fi and all the facilities you need.
