Fully furnished, bright and comfortable apartment in the Raval.

The location is great. Apartment is fine - pretty basic. The original sitting room is a bedroom so there is a very small space to chill in. TV seemed to only have local stations. We found it very strange that there was as little toilet roll as there could be in the apt and no soap. I have rented... lots of apartments and have never had to go out and buy soap! I had read reviews before I booked that mentioned the street below the apartment was noisy at night. That didn't bother us because we were out at night. But it was also noisy from quite early in the morning which lost us a bit of sleep. Location was the best thing about this apartment.

The owner has confirmed to us that this apartment is found in a quiet community of families and elderly people on a pedestrianised street. Furthermore, to avoid any disturbance from outside noises, they have reinforced the windows.

Central location, Metro and the rambla within walking distance. the always crowded road, premises and shops nearby. the only thing I would stress is the lack of keys for the rooms of the apartment, at least in the bathrooms ....

Posizione davvero centrale, metropolitana e la rambla a pochi passi. la strada sempre affollata, locali e negozi nei dintorni. l'unica cosa che segnalerei è la mancanza di chiavi per le stanze dell'appartamento, almeno nei bagni ....

the apartment was clean, linens also. It is well located, close to place Catalunya (metro...) There is some noise in the street, but nothing that prevents to fall asleep...

Apartment was top, absolutely clean, everything you need was there very pleasant. Super location in a beautiful area. Contact person very friendly and flexible.

accommodation is perfect. We slept wel, we cooked well and we had eveything we wanted! Missed the WiFi, but that was the only minor thing! Good point to start sightseeing Barcelona

I didn't appreciate being threatened that my deposit would be lost if noise was made in the apartment. A dposit is for damage to a property only. Very unprofessional. Also the contact person warned me more than once to make sure the apartment was left tidy. Unpleasant experience to be sure.

At the check-in time of each apartment, the clients are reminded of the characteristics of the apartment, rental conditions as well as their understanding of the respect towards the neighbours on their rest time. The deposit refers to the damages caused at the apartment and also having accepted these conditions at their entrance.

This was a nice apartment with all the basics you'd want for a week or so stay in Barcelona. It doesn't have air conditioning, which might be a problem in summer but I think a fan can be provided. Karen the contact person was very friendly and helpful - everything was quite easy to arrange. The ...street can be a little noisy but was fine for us. Great little bars and restaurants all around.
