It’s an apartment fully furnished, bright and comfortable. Every room has balcony and is quiet and it’s located in a pedestrian street. Centrally situated, it’s at walking distance from las Ramblas, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona (MACBA) and Plaza Universidad.
You can go on foot to many of the main tourist attractions of the city, to the beach and the Barceloneta, to the old part of the city (Roman and medieval), to some of the Modernist building most representatives of Barcelona (Palau de la Musica, Casa Mila, Pedrera), to the Old Port and to some of the areas where you can find the university life, as well as cultural and leisure activities, both during the day and the night.

l'appartement était propre, les linges aussi. il est bien situé, proche de la place Catalunya (métro...) Il y a un peu de bruit dans la rue, mais rien qui empêche de s'endormir...

accommodation is perfect. We slept wel, we cooked well and we had eveything we wanted! Missed the WiFi, but that was the only minor thing! Good point to start sightseeing Barcelona

I didn't appreciate being threatened that my deposit would be lost if noise was made in the apartment. A dposit is for damage to a property only. Very unprofessional. Also the contact person warned me more than once to make sure the apartment was left tidy. Unpleasant experience to be sure.

At the check-in time of each apartment, the clients are reminded of the characteristics of the apartment, rental conditions as well as their understanding of the respect towards the neighbours on their rest time. The deposit refers to the damages caused at the apartment and also having accepted these conditions at their entrance.

This was a nice apartment with all the basics you'd want for a week or so stay in Barcelona. It doesn't have air conditioning, which might be a problem in summer but I think a fan can be provided. Karen the contact person was very friendly and helpful - everything was quite easy to arrange. The street can be a little noisy but was fine for us. Great little bars and restaurants all around.
