The apartment is situated on the second floor, at the front, in a traditional 1930’s apartment block, which has recently been fully restored to a high standard.
It has two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds), a large lounge/diner (with fold out double bed), a kitchen, a single bathroom, and a separate WC. It is ideal for families or business trips and provides all the normal amenities plus: satellite TV (providing the main French, German, Italian, and British national channels, plus many more), a computer with full ADSL broadband Internet access, WiFi access, UK plug adapters.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped with everything needed for self catering. The apartment has air-conditioning and heating to ensure maximum comfort. All
bedding and towels are provided and essential arrival provisions (such as milk, coffee, tea, etc) are also provided. This apartment features a safety deposit box (25 x 20 x 20cm).
There are four supermarkets and all normal shops within a 100m radius as well as several secure public car parks. Street side parking is free in August.
So, if you are looking for a modern apartment, with a very stylish decoration, centrally located and very well communicated, this is the apartment for you.

Well located apartment. Corresponds to the description. While for 4 people. Not disturbed by noise or neighbours.Welcomed by N. Did not have the air conditioning (may 2013), do not know what happens in the summer.

We stayed with 3 adults and one child of 2 years old. + All clean + Owners speak many languages + Elevator big enough for a stroller + Baby cot with proper mattress + Kitchen well-equipped (no food processor to make baby food) + Nice living room + Good isolation from the street + Very close... to Sagrada Familia and metro. Also buses like one that goes to the Park Guel + Many supermarkets, fish stores around + Few playgrounds for the kids around Con's: - Noisy master bed - You can hear neighbors and they can hear you well. Was not a big deal with us. - Problems with stable hot water (the owner is looking into it) - The hitting is with 3 loose gas appliances, so it heats uneven and you cannot leave it. - The airco is in the sitting room and bedrooms are behind doors, so privacy or cool air
The reception was very friendly, and really nice apartment. Spacious and bright, it is also very well equipped (linen in quantity, cooking utensils, crockery and condiments...). However, we had noisy neighbors in the evening during our stay.Located in a few ... streets of la Sagrada Familia, it ...takes 2 mn walk only to reach the metro and visit the city. Found in the neighbourhood of restaurants as well as some supermarkets.
L'accueil était très amical, et l'appartement vraiment agréable. Spacieux et lumineux, il est aussi très bien équipé (linge de maison en quantité, ustensiles de cuisines, vaisselles, condiments...). Cependant, on a eu des voisins bruyants en soirée durant notre séjour. Situé à quelques... rues de la Sagrada Familia, il faut 2mn à pied seulement pour atteindre le métro et visiter toute la ville. On trouve dans le quartier de nombreux restaurants ainsi que des supérettes.
Well equipped apartment.Owner very friendly loving render service to the tenants. The beds are not made for people who have back problems, they are average. The insulation of apartments is not terrible. On the other hand functional and well equipped kitchen, living room very well, although housing situation.
Appartement bien équipé.Propriétaire très sympatique aimant rendre service au locataires. Les lits sont pas fait pour des gens qui ont des problèmes de dos, ils sont moyen. L'isolation des appartements n'est pas terrible. Par contre cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipé, salon très bien, situation du logement bien.
