Beautiful apartment in Plaça Catalunya - Unbeatable location

Excellent in all respects.Ideally located, super clean, quiet, really nice proprio I shift my arrival 2 times and it has always been available.I highly recommend!

Excellent à tous points de vue. Idéalement situé, super propre et calme, proprio vraiment sympa j'ai du décaler mon arrivée 2 fois et il a toujours été dispo. Je recommande fortement !

We are very satisfied with our stay in this apartment in Barcelona. Very conveniently located for the ballads to walk and sites to see. More metro nearby. Very functional and pleasant, clean and air-conditioned apartment (very important to this period in Barcelona). The owner we very well received ...and filled in. We found very sympathetic.Address to recommend. 

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet appartement à Barcelone. Très très bien situé pour les ballades à faire à pied et les sites à voir. Plus le métro à proximité. Appartement très fonctionnel et agréable,propre et climatisé (très important à cette période à ...Barcelone). Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli et renseigné. Nous l'avons trouvé très sympathique.Adresse à recommander. 

I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Barcelona, J. (the owner) was more than helpful with ideas and suggestions and the apartment is in a great location for exploring the City, it is also only a short taxi ride from the beach (approx 7 Euros). The apartment is well maintained and... has a lovely patio, little things like coffee and tea being provided, plus some basic cooking ingredients aslo really helped. I stayed here with my wife and 7 year old son and would happily come back. 

The apartment is very well located. Just a street next to plaza catalunya. The building is nice, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The photos are more beautiful than once there but still stays. Small damper on the bath room which is a little small and on the terrace which is not a very nice... view. More importantly at the moment, there are a lot of outside work and it is quickly woke up very early in the morning. Side heat there is air conditioning which is very pleasant.On-site contact is very good. We had no problem with the owner and for the deposit.It is a good choice, especially for the location. 

L'appartement est très bien situé. Juste une rue à côté de la plaza catalunya. L'immeuble est sympa, l'appartement se trouve au 2e étage. Les photos sont plus jolies qu'une fois sur place mais cela reste tout de même bien. Petit bémole sur la salle de bain qui est un peu petite et sur la ...terrasse qui n'a pas une très belle vue. Qui plus est en ce moment, il y a beaucoup de travaux à l'extérieur et on est rapidement réveillé très tôt le matin. Côté chaleur il y a la climatisation ce qui est bien agréable. Le contact sur place est très bien. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec le propriétaire ainsi que le pour le dépôt de garantie. C'est un bon choix, surtout pour l'emplacement.

This flat is exactly as advertised! Great location and homey. The owner is very kind, helpful and accommodating. We would certainly stay here again.

Great apartment. Only issue was loud drilling work from building next door. Not the apartment owner's fault, but not the best way to wake up. The workers stop in the afternoon.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Barcelona and this was in large part due to the convenient location of this lovely apartment. It was cool, very clean and quite spacious (we were three guests sharing). The apartment is funished and equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. The ...proximity to Placa Catalunya meant that we could use the tourist bus to take us all around the city cheaply and easily. J., the owner of the accomodation was very helpful; emailing a few days before arrival with travel information, meeting us at the apartment on time and advising us about local sights. He was extremely friendly and helpful. A lovely apartment in a great location - highly recommended!
