Nice apartment located in a new and elegant building with a lift in a very lively area in the heart of the city, full of supermarkets, at just 5 minutes away from the historic center with its restaraunts, museums, markets, shops and the famous night life. The area is well connected to the famous square "Plaza España" and the "Feria" space, to "Sants" railway station " and the airport. You can reach the beach also with just 10 minutes by bus and all the corners of the city thanks to the serveral lines that this area is provided of.
The appartment is quite big, it has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for one or 2 persons. The bathroom is made of marble. The apartment is provided of wooden floor, an american kitchen and many windows which make it very sunny and ventilate.

Appartement très propre et très agréable à vivre... La propriétaire Irène a été d'une extrême gentillesse et d'un accueil chaleureux. Seul petit point négatif qui n'a en rien retiré toute la magie et le bonheur d'être dans cette superbe ville qu'est Barcelone:On entend tout ce qu'il se passe à l'exterieur,ce qui peut devenir gênant la nuit surtout...Cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça cependant!Merci encore à I. pour sa disponibilité et merci à Oh Barcelona de permettre aux clients d'avoir le choix pour passer un excellent séjour!

The apartment was perfect for the two of us. Great facilities, clean, well appointed and a wonderful host. Located just a few steps from Ave Parallel and within easy walking distance of the Old Town, Barcelonetta, Montjuic and public transit we had all options available to us. At least 6 cafes within 50 meters and dozens within 10 minutes. We had no problems at any time of day or night. We have already recommended to a number of friends and will return for a longer stay. We booked because of the high ratings this apartment had received..... they are certainly well founded
