Nice and welcoming apartment in the heart of Barcelona

Excellent across the Board, the owner is a serious Lady, and the apartment is clean, in addition to being well located. Well equipped, the kitchen is functional and very clean. The bathroom is beautifully crafted, well as unpretentious. The bedroom and the living room are ... nice and it is y ...without quickly as at home. The only downside, is that it is very difficult to leave... just like the city. 

Excellent sur toute la ligne, la propriétaire est une dame sérieuse, et l'appartement est propre, en plus d'être bien situé. Bien équipé, la cuisine est fonctionnelle et très propre. La salle de bain est de très belle facture, bien que sans prétention. La chambre et le salon sont ...agréable et on s'y sans vite comme chez soi. Le seul bemol, c'est que c'est très difficile d'en repartir.... tout comme la ville.

A very nicely decorated apartment in a central location. Only 10-15 minutes walk to the Ramblas to the port. The traffic on the Avinguda del Paral.lel is although audible, but not particularly prejudicial. In addition, the contact person (I. V.) is very friendly and obliging. We have felt ...comfortable in her apartment and can recommend it without reservation! 

Eine sehr schoen eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage. Nur jeweils 10 - 15 Gehminuten zu den Ramblas wie zum Hafen. Der Verkehr auf der Avinguda del Paral.lel ist zwar hoerbar, aber nicht sonderlich beeintraechtigend. Zudem ist die Kontaktperson (I. V.) aeusserst freundlich und ...zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns in ihrem Apartment rundum wohl gefuehlt und koennen es ohne Vorbehalte weiterempfehlen! 

Very nice, well maintained and clean apartment. Unfortunately, the mattress is so soft that you together rolls for two each night in a hole in the middle of the bed.

Sehr schöne, gut gepflegte und saubere Wohnung. Leider ist die Matratze so weich, dass man zu zweit jede Nacht in einer Art Loch in der Mitte des Bettes zusammen rollt.

Sehr geehrter Kunde, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback, welches wir sehr schätzen. Der Eigentümer bestätigt, dass er den Lattenrost sowie die Matratze vor 3 Jahren erneuert hat. Ihre Kommentare werden wir jedoch selbstverständlich trotzdem in Betracht ziehen, um unseren Gästen einen erstklassigen Service bieten zu können.

Very nice apartment and Irene was very kind and great to work with. I would come and stay here again

Irene received us very warmly despite our arrival due to a failure of aircraft night. The apartment is consistent with the description: very clean, spacious, well-located, a 10-minute walk from the ramblas and the Gothic quarter. Metro station, shops, bars, and resto nice (and cheaper!) are two steps from the apartment. Thanks again for everything!

Irène nous a reçu très chaleureusement malgré notre arrivée en pleine nuit due à une panne d'avion. L'appartement est conforme au descriptif : très propre, spacieux, bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied des ramblas et du quartier gothique. Station de métro, commerces, bars, et resto sympas (et... moins chers !) se trouvent à deux pas de l'appartement. Encore merci pour tout !!! 

The contact person was very courteous and friendly. The apartment is as described, everything necessary is available. Unfortunately, it was at night very noisy. Overall, we were very satisfied and can recommend the apartment anyway.

Die Kontaktperson war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Leider war es nachts sehr laut. Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
