The apartment has two double bedrooms with two single beds each and one double bedroom with one double bed. It has a bathrooms with a bath. The living room/dining room is large and rather comfortable. It has one sofa, a Satellite TV, CD-Radio and Internet connection (WI-FI).
The kitchen is completely furnished with new electrical appliance such as fridge, dishwasher and washing machine and in the apartment there is both air conditioning and heating.
There’s no possibility to check-in between 23.00 and 7.00. Payments by credit cards are accepted.
If you are planning to book this apartment for Christmas or New Year’s Eve, please note that the owner does not accept check-in nor check-out the 25th December and the 1st January.
The owner only accepts reservations for families or people over 30.

This apartment was fantastic - spacious and well equipped in an excellent location. Every possible amenity within a few blocks, including the Metro. Quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood. We stayed here with two yound children and couldn't have found a better place!

The apartment is about 15 minutes walk from city centre at the top of a slightly sloping street. The metro stops nearby if you don't want to walk. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, with good kitchen facilities including for coffee making. We would have welcomed a tea pot. On arrival we were given a basic walk through of how things worked in the apartment but otherwise had no contact with the owners.

The apartment was well appointed and very clean. It is located on the ground floor and that would be the only negative (for us as we don't prefer ground level). It was a safe neighborhood and about 4 blocks from a metro stop. Overall a great place and would highly recommend it.
