The apartmentment has one double bedroom with two single beds, with private acces to the terrace. One more double room with double bed and a third one with a single one. For your confort you will find two complete bathrooms, one with shower and the other with a tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances you will need, such as fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
The living rooms is very wide and confortable and is also comunicated with the terrace, it has two sofas, a Satellite TV, Cd player with radio, WI-FI internet conection, air conditioning and heating.
The building is located in the Paralel avenue very near to a pedestrian street where you will find a lot of restaurants and shops, you will really enjoy the city.
Is not possible to check-in between 23.00 and 7.00. Payments by credit cards are accepted.
If you are planning to book this apartment for Christmas or New Year’s Eve, please note that the owner does not accept check-in nor check-out the 25th December and the 1st January.
The owner only accepts reservations for families or people over 30.

Prachtig appartement. Het terras viel wat tegen (geen zon) Binnen was het geweldig. Ook de ligging was prima, 5 minuten naar de metro, een kwartietje lopen naar de Ramblas.

The only remark would be that there was only air condition in one out of three bedrooms and that there was some noise from the neighbours during evening and mornings.
