This is a brand new apartment. It has two double bedrooms with two single beds each and one double bedroom with one double bed.
It has two beautiful bathrooms, one of which has a shower and other a bath.
The living room/dining room is large and rather comfortable. It has two sofas, a Satellite TV, CD-Radio and Internet connection (WI-FI).
The kitchen is completely furnished with new electrical appliance such as fridge, dishwasher and washing machine and in the apartment there is both air conditioning and heating.
It is not possible to check-in between 23.00 and 7.00. Payments by credit cards are accepted.
If you are planning to book this apartment for Christmas or New Year’s Eve, please note that the owner does not accept check-in nor check-out the 25th December and the 1st January.
The owner only accepts reservations for families or people over 30.

Overall the apartment was average, two of the rooms were very small, we barely had space to put our luggage in, while the third room was acceptable. My biggest issue with the apartment were the silver fish. Hopefully we didn't bring them along back home. Also, one night other tenants of one of the rented apartments in the building had a huge party, so we couldn't sleep all night, nor could we contact anybody to complain about it. On the positive side - the apartment has a nice terrace (when the people upstairs do not throw things at you).

La pasamos muy bien, y lo disfrutamos mucho, es un apartamento muy silencioso y eso nos gusto mucho. Estaba muy limpio, nuevo y bonito!!!!! El departamento esta excelente, esta muy cerca del metro, es muy amplio, y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable.
