Studio situated in the beautiful district of El Borne

The people at the front desk were very unfriendly.The apartment is in no way equivalent to the Photos.Nicht really clean, primitive furniture and a comfortable Badezimmer.Fuer me a shack!

Die Personen an der Rezeption waren sehr unfreundlich.Das Apartment entspricht in keinster Weise den Photos.Nicht wirklich sauber, primitive Moebel und ein ungemuetliches Badezimmer.Fuer mich eine Bruchbude!!!!!!!

the accommodation is very well, the situation is perfect if you want to be in the Born and near the beach of the barceloneta(se va andando en pocos minutos) and is a few minutes from the Rambles and the Gothic quarter... the area with bars and restaurants makes enjoyable stay, something bad, maybe ...there is a good supermarket nearby and if it did not have information about it, should leave the apartment all kinds of information about the city, maps etc... not only the coupons discounts accompanying you in the web.el good sevice, the information is correct and contact was good tb 

el alojamiento esta muy bien, la situacion es perfecta si quieres estar en el Born y cerca de la playa de la barceloneta(se va andando en pocos minutos) y esta a pocos minutos de las Rambles y el barrio gotico... la zona con bares y restaurantes hace amena la estancia, algo malo, quizas no hay un ...buen supermercado cerca y si lo hay no teniamos informacion sobre ello, deberian dejar en el apartamento todo tipo de informacion sobre la ciudad, mapas etc... no solo los vales descuentos que te adjuntan en la web. el sevicio bueno, la informacion esta correcta y el contacto fue bueno tb 

very nice clean and even chic apartment. located very close to the main sightseeing points, in the very missle of gothic quartier. very wuite street. HAs all cooking facilities, everything is just very nice

A heater as Austattungsmerkmal is specified in the description of the apartment, but unfortunately has proves air conditioning. So it was evening then somewhat frotig in eder apartment

In der Bechreibung des Apartments ist eine Heizung als Austattungsmerkmal angegeben, die sich aber leider als Klimaanlage entpuppt hat. So war es Abends dann doch etwas frotig in eder Wohnung

The apartment is very well located, quiet, in a very attriktiven and Central District. Inside the building, it is however downtown (sound-permeable). We were fortunate to have quiet neighbors.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, ruhig, in einem sehr attriktiven und zentralen Stadtteil. Innerhalb des Gebäudes ist es jedoch ringhörig (schalldurchlässig). Wir hatten das Glück ruhige Nachbarn zu haben.

Our only issue was regarding the internet which we were told the room had - but it didnt work the entire week we stayed - and the contact person we called three times was not very active in following it up and fixing the issue

My daughter and I had a sta;y for 6 days (5 nights) and the appartment is just like you expect from the description. When we arrived we had a very unfriendly, blond contactperson, but when we left we met a very friendly Belgium contactperson. We are satisfied with this appartment and had a ...really good stay. However we did not get clean towels during our stay and several times the couch was taken away or replaced, but no clean towels. After all we would recommend this appartment to our friends. We arrived by train from Paris to Barcelona at 08;35 at the beautiful Barcelona Franca Station, right across the street. We could leave our luggage at 10:00 hrs at the office and there is a nice bar for cappuccino, tea, icecream and sandwiches, just around the corner. Also the neighbourhoud of El Born is a really good place to stay. We had a rather long stay of 6 days and we missed clean towels, as I said above. We did not like the change of furniture in our appartment several times, while the dust was left on the floor with my luggage. We had two contactpersons of which the blond one was very unfriendly; she acted like she owned the place. She did not make us feel welcome. Fortunately the other contactperson, a Belgium girl, was a very nice and friendly girl.  

It was not at all compared to the photos.It remained because the apartment was clean. The sofa was broken, the advertised double bed was actually 2 single beds. We were very disappointed. On the other hand, it is well located in the city center. The person did not speak French while it was shown on the internet.

Ca ne convenait pas du tout par rapport aux photos.On est resté parce que l'appartement était propre. Le canapé était cassé, le lit double annoncé était en fait 2 lits simples. Nous étions très déçus. En revanche, il est bien situé en centre-ville. La personne ne parlait pas français alors que c'était indiqué sur internet.

Housing is consistent with good description that a little dark, very well located in the centre of the old town, close to the beach.However the apartment can be very noisy depending on the tenants. Could not sleep for 2 nights (noise until 5 am in the morning) following the arrival of young English people.

Le logement est conforme au descriptif bien qu'un peu sombre, très bien situé au centre de la vieille ville, proche de la plage. Cependant l'appartement peut être très bruyant en fonction des locataires. Impossible de dormir pendant 2 nuits ( bruit jusqu'à 5h du matin) suite à l'arrivée de jeunes Anglais .
