This is a typical loft, totally renovated and constantly updated. The building has a lift, uncommon in the Gothic quarter of the city. Here you can enjoy a nice stay in Barcelona.
The apartment has been refurnished with style and quality. This studio loft can accommodate up to 4 people in 1 double bed and in 1 double sofa bed.
It has a complete bathroom with shower and a totally equipped open range kitchen with microwave oven/grill, fridge freezer. Linen, towels, glasses, pots, crockery and cutlery, are all provided. The living room has a TV, radio and CD player.
With air conditioning and heating, this studio loft is perfect for all year round stays.

The rental and the deposit must be paid by credit card. In exceptional cases it may be possible to pay in cash, subject to previous agreement with the owner.
For stays of more than seven days there will be an extra cleaning service, roughly half-way through the stay. The price for an extra cleaning service in the apartment is from 30 €. The cost of an extra set of sheets is from 5 € a bed. The cost of an extra set of towels is from 3 € per person. The owner cannot offer a laundry service.

We were fine in the apartment. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Any vessel in the kitchen may not go amiss. For the rest we were really satisfied.

Very happy with this apartment, spacious for a studio. Large double bed very comfortable. Balcony with outside furniture very nice. The safe was good to leave valuables. Wi Fi worked perfectly. Spanish language only tv but large flat screen television was nice. Kettle to boil water for tea was appreciated. Quiet location but very central.

The location of the apartment was the facilities and cleanliness super, quite okay. In the kitchen a fall against all cabinet doors, craftsmanship is needed here. The bathroom was not so nice: was showered in the apartment above the water penetrated through slowly through cracks in the ceiling tiles... in our bathroom, the ceiling panels was rusted accordingly. Die Lage der Wohnung war super, die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ganz okay. In der Küche fallen einem alle Schranktüren entgegen, hier ist handwerkliches Geschick gefragt. Nicht so schön war das Bad: Wurde in der darüberliegenden Wohnung geduscht, drang das Wasser langsam durch Ritzen in der ...Deckenverkleidung in unser Bad durch, die Deckenverkleidung war entsprechend verrostet. Außerdam ist es nicht gerade angenehm, dass einem das Duschwasser von Fremden auf den Kopf tropft.
