4 floor - no balcony it is excellent location for a people who love night life

No WiFi is not acceptable. I loved the apartment, but I was in Barcelona for work. Not having Internet access in the apartment was not cool.

It is located over a bar in the stylish Bornviertel.Bars and designer shops right outside the door. the direct city centre can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.The next subway approx. 8 minutes.Our apartment was not to open at night. The service has responded super fast and gives us a different apartment.All super!

Es liegt über einer Bar im stylischen Bornviertel. Bars und Designerläden direkt vor der Tür. Der direkte Stadtkern ist in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die nächste Ubahn ca. 8 min entfernt. Unser Appartment war nachts nicht zu öffnen. Der Service hat super schnell reagiert und uns ein anderes Appartment vermittelt. Alles super !!!

The location of the apartment is excellent but inside not you vendiran evil some arrangements. The Chair had huge stains, the pipe of the bathroom smelled very bad, and the bathroom sink was clogged. Television would only see a channel and the iron that we perstaron not Serbia. Apart from this,... the people on the phone and in person behaved friendly. note of Oh-Barcelona(19/11/2010) Recordamos Lords customer incidents that occur must be communicated to the owner during the stay for the the problem. 

La locacion del apartamento es excelente pero por dentro no le vendiran mal algunos arreglos. El sillon tenia manchas enormes, la tuberia del baño olia MUY mal, y el lavabo del baño estaba tapado. La television solamente permitia ver un canal y la plancha que nos perstaron no servia. ...Aparte de esto, las personas al telefono y en persona se portaron amigables. <br/><br/>nota de Oh-Barcelona(19/11/2010) Recordamos a los señores clientes que las incidencias que se presenten tienen que ser comunicadas al propietario durante la estancia para que el pueda resolver el problema.

The apartment was almost as it appeared on the web site. Comfortable bed & the apartment was clean when we arrived. Down sides - the drains were a little smelly, the sofa has seen better days (one "wonky" leg) & the safe didn't work. But apart from that it was just right for two people for ...a long weekend. The city is fabulous, can't praise it enough. The area (Born) is great, lively and full of life. Loads of bars and cafes plus shops & small supermarkets so you had endless choices for catering, eating or drinking. It was lively but not too noisy (even with the builders working in the sreet) so all round a great place to stay. You need to explain more about how steep & narrow the stairs are - some people with restricted ability would really struggle - but otherwise it was a pleasant place to stay. 

There was not enough hot water or dishwashing (strict minimum) for 2 people.
