Bon accueil au téléphone mais agence difficile à joindre le dimanche matin.

Wir waren zufrieden, nur war die Wohnung etwas kleiner als erwartet. Das Viertel war prima und die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr einfach.

We found the apartment was as advertised, with all of the facilities promised. The only thing that we didn't like so much was having to pick up the keys from a lock box, rather than having someone come and meet us at the apartment. Website was excellent.

fabulos location and we managed to sleep all four nights despite previous comments re: high level of noise. we could have been just lucky. It was clean, all equipment ready and in working order except of two light globes. Oh-barcelona.com prompt and accurate attention re: email and questions, someone even bothered to p/call us on our mobile re: questions we had,really good attention to customer care. we also used some of your discount vouchers, flamenco night highly recommended.

Le logement ne correspondait pas a nos attente par rapport aux photos. La télé ne fonctionnait pas, une prise était dénudé, les lattes du lit cassé et la nuisance sonore infernal! Quand au digicode il a fonctionné le 1er jour mais pas après! Le système du coffre fort est assez compliqué. La douchette de la douche était cassé aussi mais le logement propre.

The apartment was very nice, but the shower ran out of hot water quickly, the bed had a few broken bed slats, we couldn't get the TV to work and the nightclub across the road was very noisy. But the location is very central and the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Very efficient service and communication

des notre arrivée devant la porte de l appart petit soucis on avait pas la clé, car il faut en posseder 2 et nous en avions 1 mais on a appeler le numero en cas de soucis, une personne tres sympathique qui s est excuser et nous a donner un code pour avoir la fameuse clé.... l appart en lui meme est sympa a quelques metres de la ramblas meme si j avoue que la douche est tres petite ,mais le soir le bar d en bas est ouvert donc beaucoup beaucoup de bruit ...
