rental agency is catastrophic, poorly organized, unclear in its payment information, and practice little civilized methods by completing the apartment, then accusing us of not having made the keys. Feel-Good is really to avoid at all costs.

l'agence de location est catastrophique, mal organisée, peu claire dans ses informations de payement, et elle pratique des méthodes peu civilisées en bouclant l'appartement, puis nous accusant de ne pas avoir rendu les clefs. Feel-Good est vraiment à éviter à tout prix.

From the apartment connect everything has changed. Just check-in was somewhat messy, because, to get into the apartment, a code needed, which we have not received in advance by E-Mail. So, we had to make several calls to get to the code. Please next time email send! Otherwise, everything was good.

Von der Wohnung her hat alles gepasst. Nur der Check-in verlief etwas chaotisch, da man, um in die Wohnung zu kommen, einen Code braucht, den wir nicht im Vorfeld per E-Mail erhalten haben. Wir mussten also mehrere Anrufe tätigen, um an den Code zu gelangen. Bitte das nächste Mal per E-Mail schicken! Ansonsten war alles gut.

Apartment comfortable and conveniently located but the Council to revise the proven not heating! The Council also report better your Office at Ferran Street. Arriving is not visible and the first thought that comes to mind is you\'re ... non-existent. Aside from that, nothing to report. Thank you

Appartamento comodo e ottimamente ubicato ma consiglio di rivedere il riscaldamento, non efficaca! Consiglio anche di segnalare meglio il vostro ufficio in Via Ferran. Arrivando non è visibile ed il primo pensiero che viene in mente è che siate .....inesistenti. A parte questo, nulla da segnalare. Grazie

The site (French) contact person was attentive and ready to help. However with regard to the Agency in charge of the logemebt, the service was very poor (not available, erroneous information, not kind).The accommodation is situated in the heart of Barcelona, the downside is the constant noise until ...5 in the morning... Brief a totally uninteresting quality-price ratio: not recommended. 

La personne de contact (français) du site était attentionné et prêt à aider. Cependant en ce qui concerne l'agence en charge du logemebt, le service a été très médiocre (pas disponible, informations érronées, peu aimable). Le logement est situé en plein coeur de Barcelone, ...l'inconvénient est le bruit constant jusqu'à 5h du matin ... Bref un rapport qualité-prix totalement inintéressant : à déconseiller.

We were satisfied, the apartment was only slightly smaller than expected. The neighborhood was excellent and was very easy to pick up the keys.
