Very sweet urban apartment in the Gothic area

The apartment was perfect and comfortable. It was raining during the days we stayed and the roof was licking but it didn't bother us much so we didn't contact anyone.

The owner confirms that he reviewed the condition of the roof. Please remember that if you require asistance during your stay you will need to inform the property owner or the Customer Service department who are open every day from 11pm until 8pm.

We were told that it would give us the 4th floor, but we were given the third floor. The location of the apartment is excellent. A bit noisy at night. The bed and pillows are not very comfortable. Fitted sheet for the bed not... The Oh-Barcelona.com website is very functional.

On nous a dit qu'on nous donnerait le 4e étage, mais on nous a donné le 3e étage. La localisation de l'appart est EXCELLENTE. Un peu bruyant la nuit. Le lit et les oreillers ne sont pas très confortables. Pas de drap contour pour le lit... Le site Oh-Barcelona est très fonctionnel.

At the top of 4 flights of steep and very narrow stairs. Clean but very basic. No curtains/blinds, very little storage space, no drawers for clothes. Poor, cheap and narrow beds. Bathroom/toilet good functionally but not finished (no tiles), bare plaster. No hooks to hang things, no wifi, washing ...machine not working. Not suitable for those with dust allergies. On the good side, excellent location, good modern kitchen with modern appliances, good secure safe, reasonably priced.

Pictures as well as floor plan can not recognize that this apartment is a single room that is separated by partitions which are not sufficient to the ceiling. The lighting by ceiling washlights ensures also that it is as bright as day, in the bedroom, when in the living room the light still on is. ...The apartment should be rented at most to two people. The sofa bed is inconvenient for a person already and easily overturn. There are hardly any dishes and utensils in the kitchen. The dishwasher uses none because there is nothing at all what you might add. The bathroom looks great in the photo, is in fact poorly processed, there are no opportunities to turn something off, or to hang a towel. The ventilation is blocked and does not work. The sliding door to the toilet can not properly closed. The only wardrobe is dangerous because of the safe is much too heavy for the Board, on which he stands. The location is super Central and convenient, but you must be able to withstand really noise. Anything with red wine go somewhat. The apartment has stylish approaches, equipment is however poor and most necessary things are not maintained. 

Sowohl Bilder als auch Grundriss lassen nicht erkennen, dass es sich bei dieser Wohnung um ein einziges Zimmer handelt, das durch Zwischenwände abgeteilt ist die nicht bis zur Decke reichen. Die Beleuchtung durch Deckenfluter sorgt überdies dafür dass es im Schlafzimmer taghell ist, wenn im ...Wohnzimmer das Licht noch an ist. Die Wohnung sollte höchstens an zwei Personen vermietet werden. Die Schlafcouch ist für eine Person bereits unbequem und kippt leicht um. Es gibt kaum Geschirr und Besteck in der Küche. Die Spülmaschine benutzt keiner weil es gar nichts gibt was man reinstellen könnte. Das Bad sieht auf dem Foto toll aus, ist in Wirklichkeit schlecht verarbeitet, es gibt keine Gelegenheiten irgendwas abzustellen oder ein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Die Lüftung ist verstopft und funktioniert nicht. Die Schiebetür zur Toilette lässt sich nicht richtig schließen. Der einzige Schrank ist gefährlich weil der Safe viel zu schwer für das Brett ist, auf dem er steht. Die Lage ist superzentral und praktisch, aber man muss wirklich Lärm aushalten können. Mit Oropax und Rotwein geht's einigermaßen. Die Wohnung hat schicke Ansätze, die Ausstattung ist allerdings schlecht und die nötigsten Dinge werden nicht instand gehalten.
