The studio is located in a marvellously privileged position, close to one of Barcelona’s most famous churches, Santa Maria Del Mar, and to the remarkable Passeig Del Borne. Las Ramblas, the heart of the city, and the city beaches are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The studios are typical lofts in an 18th century building, completely renovated in 2004 and continually updated. The building has a lift, uncommon in the Gothic quarter of the city. This apartment is located in the historic heart of Barcelona. The apartment has a wonderful view of the Santa Maria del Mar church, one of the most famous churches in Barcelona, and over the old rooftops of the city.
The studio has been refurbished with style and quality, preserving the original spirit of the wooden beams and of the historic walls of the building. The modern decor and brightness contribute to the apartments’ warm Mediterranean ambience, while the light entering from quiet pedestrian streets gives a unique feel to the apartment. This studio loft can accommodate up to 3 people, having 2 twin beds and in 1 double sofa-bed. It has full bathroom facilities with shower and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with microwave, fridge-freezer, . Linen, towels, glasses, pots, crockery and cutlery, are all provided. The comfortable living room has TV, with air conditioning and heating, this studio loft is perfect for stays all year round.
Please Note: The apartment shown represents several different apartments, which can however differ slightly.

Cot and iron on requestExtrasFor stays of more than seven days there will be an extra cleaning service, roughly half-way through the stay.
The price for an extra cleaning service in the apartment is from 30 €.
The cost for an extra set of sheets is from 5 € a bed.
The cost for an extra set of towels is from 3 € per person.
The owner cannot offer a laundry service.

Prime location. Very nice accommodation, but quite noisy at night. Otherwise perfect. Poor service. I was made to wait 30 min each time I came for check in. Unfriendly staff.

l'appartement était propre et très bien situé, mais ne contenait qu'un strict minimum (3 assiettes, 3 tasses ... et 2 cahets pour le lave vaiselle - qui d'ailleurs, n'est pas très utile, puisqu'il n'y a pas assez de vaiselle pour le faire fonctionner - une machine à laver serait plus intéressante). la personne qui nous attendait pour ouvrir la porte était à peine polie. Elle a menacé de ne pas nous attendre et elle nous a fait payer un supplement de 20? du fait d'être arrivé après 20h.
