The apartment is a typical loft in an 18th century building, fully renovated in 2007. The building has a lift, uncommon in the Gothic quarter of the city and has great public transport connections.
This apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona, near Las Ramblas, the most famous street in Barcelona. It is newly refurbished with style and quality. This studio loft can accommodate up to 4 peoples: there is a double bed or two single beds and a double sofa bed. It has a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with microwave, fridge-freezer. Linen, towels, glasses, pots, crockery and cutlery, are all provided. The comfortable living room has colour TV. With air conditioning and heating, this studio loft is perfect for stays all year round.

Please Note: The apartment shown represents several different apartments, which can however differ slightly.
Payments by credit cards are acceptedExtrasFor stays of more than seven days there will be an extra cleaning service, roughly half-way through the stay.
The price for an extra cleaning service in the apartment is from 30 €.
The cost of an extra set of sheets is from 5 € a bed.
The cost for a set of towels extra is from 3 € per person.
The owner cannot offer a laundry service.

Logement très agréable, bien situé. Tout s'est très bien passé. Seul problème, la récupération des clés et le paiement du loyer devait se faire à travers un coffre fort. Nous nous sommes trompés de 4 cents lors du paiement. Nous n'avons pas laissé de caution car celà n'était pas spécifié. Par conséquent, l'agence nous a appelé le lendemain en nous informant qu'ils nous avaient bloqués l'accès à la porte. Pour le débloquer, nous avons dû payer 20?. CHRISTELLE

Al nostro arrivo la porta del bagno era bloccata e una tenda era rotta e adagiata sul pavimento. Il tutto è stato sistemato il giorno successivo. Le padelle in dotazione alla cucina sono scrostate. Nel complesso però siamo rimasti soddisfatti.
