The apartment is located in a privileged position, close to the beautiful Passeig de Gracia, one of the main streets of Barcelona, lined with fashionable restaurants, cafes and elegant shops. The building was fully renovated in 2004 and has air conditioning and heating. The apartments are equipped with all the modern conveniences, TV and DVD, Radio etc. In the apartment there is a lounge/dining room for 4 people in with there is double sofa bed. The bedroom can be provided with a double bed room or two singles beds. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven/grill, fridge-freezer. Linen, towels, glasses, pots, crockery and cutlery, are all provided.

C'è stato un piccolo disguido al momento della consegna delle chiavi ma che comunque è stato risolto il giorno stesso. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'ubicazione era eccellente, le dimensioni dell'appartamento hanno soddisfatto le nostre esigenze e la cucina era perfettamente equipaggiata.
