Apartment with a common pool close to the sea

Apartment located Diagonal mare near the Ramblas and the place Christophe Colomb (1 h 30 of walking). Beach 30 min walk. There are the small poblenou ramblas near the apartment a taxi station just next to the residence a bus stop. Air-con did not work, and the pane of the salon, not store on the ...terrace, view on sea as on photos, sheets were stained and not washed previous rental. The delivery was not worth the asking price. 

Appartement situé Diagonal mare loin de la Ramblas et de la place Christophe Colomb ( 1 h 30 de marche à pied). Plage 30 min de marche. Il y a la petite ramblas de poblenou pas loin de l'appartement une station de taxi juste à côté de la résidence + un arrêt de bus . La clim ne fonctionnait... pas, ainsi que le volet du salon, pas de store sur la terrasse, pas de vue sur mer comme sur les photos, les draps étaient tachés et non lavés de précédente location. La prestation ne valait pas le prix demandé.

Les volets du salon sont en effet toujours ouverts mais d’épais rideaux ont été installés pour éviter un excès de luminosité. De même le propriétaire confirme qu’il prendra les mesures nécessaires pour assurer la propreté de l’appartement et garantir un séjour agréable aux clients. Comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos, l’appartement n’a pas de vue sur la mer.

The furniture was destroyed and dirty. The lingerie was used. There was no internet although in the description on your site it was mentioned that it exists.

We came late at night, and have to leave early, but no problem The equipment in the kitchen was very poor. There was not enough for 8 people.

Accommodation matched the description. Fairly basic but clean and adequate for what was required. There is a lot of construction going on around the apartment at the moment which makes for a lot of dust and noise. Location was excellent with good bus and metro links, area very safe. Kids enjoyed... having access to a pool and proximity to the beach (15 minute walk).  

Great location. Close to the beach, Glories shopping centre and 5 metro stops from La Ramblas.

Very clean and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Molto pulito e spazioso, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.
