Located on a regal property at the Eixample district, this spacious 200m2 second floor (third real floor).
Moreover it is notable for the independence that can be found among the different rooms in the house. It also has a huge 60m2 living room with large windows and 4m high ceilings, ended with elegant cornices. This big room includes the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. The three spaces seem segregated, as it does the distinctive feature that makes the apartment so genuine. There are five bedrooms distributed in three different spaces. There is also a suite bedroom and two more areas with two bedrooms each, three bathrooms, one toilet and a cleaning room. You will also find a kettle.
The apartment is located in the city centre, in the heart of the Eixample district, between two of the most prestigious streets in Barcelona: Gran Vía and Rambla Catalunya. Due to its great location you can enjoy the comfort and quietness of the Eixample, and also visit the best stores in the city, along Passeig de Gracia street (100m away). You can also enjoy the great modernist properties around the apartment and walk around the Gothic quarter, just 150m away, or walk down Las Ramblas (100m away) towards the seaside.
You can find all kinds of services around the apartment; transport to the airport, train station, Bycing (the bicycle renting service from the Barcelona Town Hall), cinemas, restaurants, bars and 24h shops.
We will only accept reservation for families or people over 30 years.
The check-in time is from 2 pm. If the apartment is ready and empty it will be possible to enter before 2 pm.
The check-out time is 11h. In case you require a late check-out, please check with the owner the availability and rates.
Payment methods:
The payment of the apartment is usually made directly with the landlord, in his/her office or in the apartment itself. However, depending on the date and time of arrival of the client, or in exceptional circumstances, an advanced payment may be required.

Getting there
Metro lines L1 L2 L3 L4 L5line 4 of the metro will carry you straight down to Barceloneta beach, while purple line 2 stops right outside the Sagrada Família. Loads of buses to boot (the Estació del Nord bus terminal is nearby).

L'appartamento è bellissimo e molto accogliente. Lo abbiamo trovato pulitissimo. La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici moderni e funzionali. Siamo andati in 10 e ognuno aveva i propri spazi.

One of the bathrooms was unavailable for the whole period of our stay. No attempt was made to fix it during our stay. This was disappointing as there was a large group of us.

Super emplacement de l'appartement. L'appartement correspondait bien aux photos, à la description du site.Bien equipé. Nous étions un groupe d'amis et il etait très agréable d'avoir 3 salles de bain.Très bon accueil, surprenant car la mail nous indique que la personne de contact parle uniquement espagnol alors qu elle parle aussi francais. C'est une amie qui nous a recommandé le site et je vais faire de même. Nous sommes très satisfait.

Very clean, modern, good location for visiting range of locations on foot or via public transport. On main road but out back of building so no noise. Could have had a few more kitchen utensils/serving bowls for the occasions when self-catering. OH-BARCELONA.COM Extremely helpful staff, highly responsive.

Mattress in the master bedroom is not supportive and should be replaced. Beautiful, well-equipped apartment that was just as it appeared in the photos. Excellent location and service.

situation excellente, très bel appartement et bien équipé. seul petit bémol odeur de renfermé dans les salles de bain (problème de siphon ou de ventilation?) remise des clés sans aucun problème malgrè heure d'arrivée tardive. état de propreté parfait à l'arrivée. Les exigences en matière de ménage avant le départ de sont tout à fait claires. Comment demander noir sur blanc à ce que l'appartement soit rendu dans l'état ou il est reçu alors que le ménage est facturé! Il nous a également été difficile de ne laisser aucun déchet sur place en partant à 11 alors que les poubelles doivent être sorties entre 20 et 22 h (restes du petit déjeuner répartis dans les poubelles de la rue mais ce n'est pas très satisfaisant!) Je comprend tout à fait votre préoccupation de ne pas rendre au propriétaire un appartement dévasté mais une clarification de ce qui est vraiment attendu du locataire serait agréable! Remarques dans l'idée d'optimiser un service qui est déjà très bon! Nous n'hésiterons absolument a recommander votre agence et à y faire à nouveau appel lors d'un prochain séjour
