Nice apartment with terrace close to the beach

The contact person has never presented to the apartment, we had to go in Office, was polite but when we book on line you established who the contact person is the entry into possession and out of the apartment to check for any damage.It was not so, you want a deposit not returned upon exiting from ...the apartment but after 5 days, you will be protected and the customer? If you need to view the apartment gets it together before you leave.Apparently, the apartment is certainly valuable, but little bit crazy smells nice, come from kitchen and bathroom, one of which with no window and without suction (forbidden by law), double bed with broken network side, position the sofa full of dust, me and another Member of the Group allergic to dust we couldn\'t stand sitting not even 5 minutes.And finally in the ventilation duct of a bedroom is our opinion there is a rat, we were in 7 people and we all thought the same thing.In two weeks I\'m going to Paris with my wife, definitely stay at the hotel .... ... do I just bloopers.Yours sincerely 

La persona di contatto non si è mai presentata all' appartamento,siamo dovuti andare noi in ufficio, era cortese ma quando prenotiamo on line voi affermate che la persona di contatto viene all' entrata in possesso e all' uscita dall' appartamento per controllare i danni eventuali.Non è stato ...cosi,voi volete caparra che non restituite all' uscita dall' appartamento ma dopo 5 giorni, voi vi tutelate e il cliente? Se c' è da visionare l' appartamento lo si fà insieme prima di uscire. Apparenza,l' appartamento è di Valore sicuramente, ma poco poco curato, odori pazzeschi provengono dalla cucina e dal bagno,uno dei quali senza finestra e senza aspirazione( vietato per legge), letto matrimoniale con rete sfondata lato dx posizione capo,divano pieno di polvere , io e un' altro membro della comitiva allergici alla polvere non potevamo starci seduti neanche 5 minuti. E per finire nel condotto di areazione di una camera da letto è nostro parere ci sia un topo, noi eravamo in 7 persone e tutti abbiamo pensato la stessa cosa. Tra due settimane vado a Parigi con mia moglie, soggiorno sicuramente in albergo.......faccio a meno di brutte figure . Distinti saluti

Lovely apartment, but turned out to be a 7 bed apartment rather than an 8 bed as advertised. Wasn't a problem, but could have been and we did pay for 8 after all.

trtes good location except window washing machine leaking filling of the Eautres contact in general.Missing serving dishes and bowls Note d?Oh-Barcelona (26/08/10): the owner informs us that the washing machine has been repaired.

The flat was good, the need to clean kitchen and rubish was a bit annoying. Then there was an attempt to claim that we did not leave keys and didn't clean dishes. So far no charges came. <br/><br/> note of OH(15/06/10) the owner informed us that according to the contract the ...customer signed and as stated the client have to clean the kitchen and dishes and throw away the garbage like in all the touristic apartments
