The apartment is very close to Las Ramblas and 50m to Plaza Catalunya. It has four double bedrooms, three of them with a balcony, and a 60sqm living room in a refined style.
An exclusive apartment located at the heart of Ciutat Vella, 10m to Las Ramblas and 50m to Plaza Catalunya. The apartment is located in a medieval street, where the name of the street comes from, Tallers (workshops), which is currently a commercial pedestrian area.
It is a 160 sqm apartment located on the first floor (it is called Principal in Spanish but it is the first floor, where the noblest houses were built in the past). It has four spacious and quiet double rooms (three of them with a balcony), two bathrooms and two independent toilets, which provide a better comfort. It also has an all-purpose cleaning room. There is also air conditioning for all the rooms.
You will also find a kettle and in case you need it the owner can provide a crib on demand.
We will only accept reservation for families or people over 21 years.
It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.
The check-in time is from 2 pm. If the apartment is ready and empty it will be possible to enter before 2 pm.
The check-out time is 11h. In case you require a late check-out, please check with the owner the availability and rates.
Payment methods:
The payment of the apartment is usually made directly with the landlord, in his/her office or in the apartment itself. However, depending on the date and time of arrival of the client, or in exceptional circumstances, an advanced payment may be required.
Collection of keys:
Depending on the date and time of arrival, the collection of keys normally takes place at the reception desk, located in Plaza Cataluña and open 24h a day.

Getting there
Metro lines L1 L3 L4metro lines run along both right and left borders of the Gòtico, while the transport hub of Plaça Catalunya (and its airport buses) sits just to the top. Mostly accessible on foot, through the windy medieval streets.

Great apartment. A little bit smaller than expected, but nicely done. Excelent air condition and bathrooms. Good kitchen. The balconies are too small to take anything other than a cup of coffee alone, but there are three of them. Its practically on the Rambla, but all bedrooms are very quiet. We liked it very much.

The landlord does not use a contact person and you run from there to here to collect the keys, to make the payment. You leave the house with keys inside, what if you forget your passport in the house? This is a good, but not cheap apartment, Disappointing service

In the beginning we had some problems with WiFi; after explanation by our contact person this was solved. We arrived on Saturday, the Office is closed then. We had to pick up our keys on an other adress. Unfortunately the next Monday was a boxing Day, so we could reach our contact person not earlier than Tuesday.
