Located on a genuine street in the Gothic quarter, right on the city centre, 50m away from the port and from Las Ramblas.
It is situated on the second floor of a property with elevator. The property was built by a Catalan who made his fortune in America during the last years of the XIX century.
The 90m2 apartment has four big double bedrooms, one of them being a suite. There is a king size bed, two single beds and a bunk bed.
There are also two big bathrooms and a 30m2 kitchen-dining-living room that has a small balcony from where you can see the quiet street.
You will also find a kettle and in case you need it the owner can provide a crib on demand.
On the top floor of the building you can enjoy a communal terrace of 120m, with sun beds, shower and chill-out area. However, always speak with the owner as this is subject to rules regarding its use.
We will only accept reservation for families or people over 21 years.
It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.
The check-in time is from 2 pm. If the apartment is ready and empty it will be possible to enter before 2 pm.
The check-out time is 11h. In case you require a late check-out, please check with the owner the availability and rates.
Payment methods:
The payment of the apartment is usually made directly with the landlord, in his/her office or in the apartment itself. However, depending on the date and time of arrival of the client, or in exceptional circumstances, an advanced payment may be required.
Collection of keys:
Depending on the date and time of arrival, the collection of keys normally takes place at the reception desk, located in Plaza Cataluña and open 24h a day.

Fantastic apartment - everything you would want. All amenities were provided. Bedroom swere very spacious. Travel Cot was provided as requested. Apartment designed and decorated to a high specification.

spacious appartment in a great location on the downsides: heating system is noisy and the appartment does not get much light. very responsive and helpful in providing information upon reservation good to be able to get the keys at a 24/7 location however was surprised to have to pay for cleaning (80 euros) as it was not indicated on the description nor upon booking

The total for the rented period (final cleaning included) is indicated at the moment of making the reservation and also stated in the booking confirmation via email. We confirm that there are no futher costs.

Eine sehr schöne, ausgezeichnet gelegene Wohnung. Etwas dunkel, was im Hochsommer jedoch seine guten Gründe haben wird. Leider war der Zugang zur Dachterasse nicht offen. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal im sehr gut erreichbaren Büro.
