Description
The apartment is located at the Villa Olímpica (Olympic Village), a district close to the sea, built during the Olympic Games to host the Olympic athletes.
Built to host the olympic athletes in 1992 (The Russian gymnastics team was living here), the apartment was completely refurbished in 2005.
It has three bedrooms, wide spaces and a common zone with garden.
It is a 130 sqm apartment, with three double bedrooms, one of them being a suite and all of them with large windows. It has a 40 sqm living room with a great view to the common garden zone. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with kettle and a dining-living room, with great views to the garden. It is a quiet and bright apartment, with heating and air conditioning.
The owner can provide a crib on demand.
We will only accept reservation for families or people over 30 years.
It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.
The check-in time is from 2 pm. If the apartment is ready and empty it will be possible to enter before 2 pm.
The check-out time is 11h. In case you require a late check-out, please check with the owner the availability and rates.
Payment methods:
The payment of the apartment is usually made directly with the landlord, in his/her office or in the apartment itself. However, depending on the date and time of arrival of the client, or in exceptional circumstances, an advanced payment may be required.
Collection of keys:
Depending on the date and time of arrival, the collection of keys normally takes place at the reception desk, located in Plaza Cataluña and open 24h a day.

Getting there
Metro lines L4there’s one metro station, Ciutadella Vila Olímpica, on the yellow line 4, as well as the tram line. Several bus routes, including the Tourist Bus, also service the area, and you’ll see plenty of people on two wheels, whether cycling or rollerblading.

we had to wait an hour outside the apt for the key to be delivered to us!! Though the apt itself is lovely, clean and comfortable in an ideal location with shops and the beach on our doorstep there were a few things i would correct. Our shower was not working as the head was blocked and the double bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs changing and I suggest removing the creaky plastic sheeting underneath. We felt like we should be in nappies!! Not very conducive to a good nights rest. Apart from the above a good stay and a good apartment.

The apartment was good and well located. I had problems with late check-out and had to pay 80? when the apartment was empty and we left at 1pm. Booking process was easy. I had to call to their office on a saturday and nobody answered as I needed to do a late check-out.

Remind you that the exact check-in time needs to be agreed with the contact person before your stay at the apartment. Also, the owner confirms to have an emergecy telephone in case the clients need anything during the stay. The information about the check-in has been added on the description of the apartment.

Bel appartement très grand, parfait pour 6 ou 8 personnes, avec 2 salles de bains, dans le quartier moderne de Vila Olimpica, à deux pas de la plage et des restaurants du port Olympique. Pas très loin du métro.
