The property was built by a Catalan who made his fortune in America during the last years of the XIX century. The San Francisco de Asís convent stood here until 1837.
The 90 sqm apartment has two big double bedrooms, one of them being a suite and a third single one; and two bathrooms, one of them inside the main room. The 35 sqm kitchen-dining-living room has a small balcony from where you can see the quiet street. You will also find a Kettle.
This apartment also features a safety deposit box (19cm x 36cm x 42cm). Cot and highchair available free of charge.
On the top floor of the building you can enjoy, from 9.00h to 22.00h, the 120m2 communal terrace featuring sun loungers, a shower and a chill-out zone.

Extras
Check-in from 14:00. If the apartment is available and has been prepared, it may be possible to check-in before 14:00. Payment and collection of the keys will take place in the owner’s office close to Plaza Cataluña. In exceptional cases, depending on the day and time of arrival, advanced payment may be required.
If check-in in person at the apartment is required, outside of office hours, the following costs will be involved:
Monday to Friday after 20:00: €40.
Saturday and public holidays between 10:00 and 12:00: €25 (Check-in outside these times is not possible)
Check-out by 11:00. For late check-out, please consult with the owner regarding possible times and the charges involved.
The onwer only accepts reservations for families or people over 21 years.
It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.

Spacious apartment in the heart of the city. 2 Minutes from Las Ramblas and the port. As in the usual something little window. Minor shortcomings, the landlord has responded immediately and it turned off. Happy again!
Großzügige Wohnung, im Herzen der Stadt. 2 Minuten von Ramblas und Hafen. Wie in dem Viertel üblich etwas wenig Fenster. Auf kleinere Unzulänglichkeiten hat der Vermieter sofort reagiert und es abgestellt. Gerne wieder!

Lovely spacious apartment. No problems with noise, despite the central location. On 3rd floor, but there is a lift. Supermarket at street level so no problem shopping. 5 minutes walk to the Ramblas or the Port. Highly recommended, will book again.

The place was nice and secure. There was thought with the way it was furnished and equipped. I just wished there was a TV guide as there were too many channel I had a hard time finding english channels. I just wish the towels were better, there was a smell when we used it.

Perfect location. Well equipped and nice designed apartment.We were a big group and for us was just one disadvantage. The owner supply just 2 sets of keys. It's not enough for the big group consider that you can't use the electricity in the apartment with out the key.
