The 85 sqm apartment has three bedrooms one with a double bed, the other one with two bunk beds, and the other one with 2 single beds. Two fully integrated bathrooms, one of them inside the main room. The 30 sqm kitchen-dining-living room has a small balcony where you can see the quiet street.
You will also find a kettle. The owner can provide a crib on demand

On the top floor of the building you can enjoy a communal terrace of 120m, with sun beds, shower and chill-out area. However, always speak with the owner as this is subject to rules regarding its use.

We will only accept reservation for families or people over 21 years.

It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.

The check-in is from 2 pm. If the apartment is ready and empty it will be possible to enter before 2 pm.
The check-out time is 11h. In case you require a late check-out, please check with the owner the availability and rates.

Payment methods:
The payment of the apartment is usually made directly with the landlord, in his/her office or in the apartment itself. However, depending on the date and time of arrival of the client, or in exceptional circumstances, an advanced payment may be required.

Collection of keys:
Depending on the date and time of arrival, the collection of keys normally takes place at the reception desk, located in Plaza Cataluña and open 24h a day.
