    • Located on a genuine street in the Gothic quarter, right on the city centre and 50m away from the port and Las Ramblas. It is a three bedroom and 90 sqm apartment with a very personal style.

      The apartment it is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator. The property was built by a Catalan who made his fortune in America during the last years of the XIX century. The San Francisco de Asís convent stood here until 1837.

      The 90 sqm apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, another with 2 bunk beds and another bedroom with 2 single beds. It also has two bathrooms, one of them inside the main room. The 30 sqm kitchen-dining-living room has a small balcony from where you can see the quiet street.
      You will also find a kettle.

      On the top floor of the building you can enjoy a communal terrace of 120m, with sun beds, shower and chill-out area. However, always speak with the owner as this is subject to rules regarding its use.
      Referring to the latter is strictly forbidden to have parties on this terrace. The owner can provide a crib on demand.

      We will only accept reservations for families or people over 21 years.

      It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.

      The check-in time is from 2 pm. If the apartment is ready and empty it will be possible to enter before 2 pm.
      The check-out time is 11h. In case you require a late check-out, please check with the owner the availability and rates.

      Payment methods:
      The payment of the apartment is usually made directly with the landlord, in his/her office or in the apartment itself. However, depending on the date and time of arrival of the client, or in exceptional circumstances, an advanced payment may be required.

      Collection of keys:
      Depending on the date and time of arrival, the collection of keys normally takes place at the reception desk, located in Plaza Cataluña and open 24h a day.
