It has three big bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom, as well as a kitchen-dining-living room to the bright and cozy terrace. It is a 75 sqm apartment with a 25 sqm terrace. You will also find a kettle. Cot and highchair available free of charge.
We will only accept reservation for families or people over 21 years.
It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.

Extras
Check-in from 14:00. If the apartment is available and has been prepared, it may be possible to check-in before 14:00. Payment and collection of the keys will take place in the owner’s office close to Plaza Cataluña. In exceptional cases, depending on the day and time of arrival, advanced payment may be required.
If check-in in person at the apartment is required, outside of office hours, the following costs will be involved:
Monday to Friday after 20:00: €40.
Saturday and public holidays between 10:00 and 12:00: €25 (Check-in outside these times is not possible)
Check-out by 11:00. For late check-out, please consult with the owner regarding possible times and the charges involved.

Common areas (staircase and elevator) unhealthy and very dilapidated housing. Questionable cleanliness of all. It failed to go on but we did notice not alternative.One bright spot: it is not too far from the sea.
Parties communes (escalier et ascenseur) insalubre et logement très vétuste. Propreté d'ensemble douteuse. On a failli partir en courant mais on n'avis pas d'autre solution. Seul point positif : on n'est pas trop loin de la mer.
