Beautiful apartment with great terrace and vue of Sagrada Familia

    • This apartment is located near of the Sagrada Familia. The modernist monument by Antonio Gaudi can be seen from the apartment. It has two rooms and a very well oriented big terrace.
      The apartment has two double rooms, a 5m2 bathroom and a bright dining-living room. The apartment was refurbished in 2005. The greatest feature in the apartment is the terrace; all the rooms look onto it.
      You can see the Sagrada Familia from the apartment, both during day and at night, as the monument is illuminated. There is a table, chairs, plants and deck chairs in the terrace, so you will be able to lay in the sun or sit under the wooden structure to enjoy the beautiful views of the modernist cathedral.
      The living room is equipped with air conditioning. The owner can provide a crib on demand.

      We will only accept reservation for families or people over 21 years.

      It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.

      The check-in time is from 2 pm. If the apartment is ready and empty it will be possible to enter before 2 pm.
      The check-out time is 11h. In case you require a late check-out, please check with the owner the availability and rates.

      Payment methods:
      The payment of the apartment is usually made directly with the landlord, in his/her office or in the apartment itself. However, depending on the date and time of arrival of the client, or in exceptional circumstances, an advanced payment may be required.

      Collection of keys:
      Depending on the date and time of arrival, the collection of keys normally takes place at the reception desk, located in Plaza Cataluña and open 24h a day.
