Description
This apartment is located near of the Sagrada Familia. The modernist monument by Antonio Gaudi can be seen from the apartment. It has two rooms and a very well oriented big terrace.
The apartment has two double rooms, a 5m2 bathroom and a bright dining-living room. The apartment was refurbished in 2005. The greatest feature in the apartment is the terrace; all the rooms look onto it.
You can see the Sagrada Familia from the apartment, both during day and at night, as the monument is illuminated. There is a table, chairs, plants and deck chairs in the terrace, so you will be able to lay in the sun or sit under the wooden structure to enjoy the beautiful views of the modernist cathedral.
The living room is equipped with air conditioning. The owner can provide a crib on demand.
We will only accept reservation for families or people over 21 years.
It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.
The check-in time is from 2 pm. If the apartment is ready and empty it will be possible to enter before 2 pm.
The check-out time is 11h. In case you require a late check-out, please check with the owner the availability and rates.
Payment methods:
The payment of the apartment is usually made directly with the landlord, in his/her office or in the apartment itself. However, depending on the date and time of arrival of the client, or in exceptional circumstances, an advanced payment may be required.
Collection of keys:
Depending on the date and time of arrival, the collection of keys normally takes place at the reception desk, located in Plaza Cataluña and open 24h a day.

S. was excellent. She was very helpful and did everything she could to make our stay the very best. I left my jacket in the taxi and she even managed to track it down and have it delivered to the apartment. Fantastic! We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The patio was a bonus. There was a great little bakery beside us and we were very close to a grocery store, tapas bars and the Metro. We were also happy to have an internet cafe right across the street from us that was open late. It was interesting to see what a typical Spanish neighborhood looked like and actually OK to be out of the bustle of the downtown area.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, zur U-Bahn nicht weit und viele Geschäfte für Lebensmittel in der Nähe. Die Dachterasse war sehr schön und gross mit toller Aussicht. Das Bad und die Küche waren sauber und gut eingerichtet (grosser Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, usw. Das w-lan-Internet funktionierte perfekt. Nur eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer wäre wünschenswert. Insgesamt gute Wohnung, die ich wieder mieten würde.

Die Wohnung wirkt auf den Bildern im Internet deutlich größer. Im Praxistest erweist sie sich dann auch nur für 4 und nicht für 4-6 Personen geeignet! Es gibt sowohl am Esstisch als auch auf der Terrasse nur Stühle für 4 Personen, das (Koch-)Geschirr reicht nicht um damit 6 Personen zu versorgen. Kissen/Decken und Bettwäsche für die 5. und 6.Person waren nicht bzw. nur teilweise vorhanden. Klimaanlage nur im Wohn-/Esszimmer, jedoch nicht in den Schlafzimmern!
