    • An exclusive apartment located right at Plaza Cataluña, core centre of Barcelona. You can see the Cathedral, the Gothic quarter, the Olympic Village and the sea from the living room.
      This exclusive apartment is very well served by public transport. There is a train station, three metro lines, 22 bus lines, tourist bus, airbus, taxi stops and a tourist office right at Plaza Cataluña square.

      The apartment is fully equipped. It has two floor levels; the living room is 5m high and has a large window to the sea, the Cathedral, the Gothic quarter and the Olympic Village.
      There is a double bedroom on the first level, with bathroom, living room with Satellite TV, DVD and a fully furnished kitchen with kettle. The second level has one bedroom with three single beds, TV and DVD. There are no doors and the ceiling is 1.85m high. The apartment has Wi-Fi broadband connection.

      We will only accept reservation for families or people over 30 years.

      It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.

      There is a doorman at the building Monday to Friday from 7am to 19pm.

      Check-in starting from 2 pm. If the apartment is ready and empty it will be possible to enter before 2 pm.
      The check-out time is 11h. In case you require a late check-out, please check with the owner the availability and rates.

      Payment methods:
      The payment of the apartment is usually made directly with the landlord, in his/her office or in the apartment itself. However, depending on the date and time of arrival of the client, or in exceptional circumstances, an advanced payment may be required.

      Collection of keys:
      Depending on the date and time of arrival, the collection of keys normally takes place at the reception desk, located in Plaza Cataluña and open 24h a day.
