An exclusive apartment located right at Plaza Cataluña, core centre of Barcelona. You can see the Cathedral, the Gothic quarter, the Olympic Village and the sea from the living room.
This apartment is very well served by public transport. There is a train station, three metro lines, 22 bus lines, tourist bus, airbus, taxi stops and a tourist office right at Plaza Cataluña square. The apartment is fully equipped. It has two floor levels; the living room is 5m high and has a large window to the sea, the Cathedral, the Gothic quarter and the Olympic Village. There is a double bedroom on the first level, with bathroom, living room with Satellite TV, DVD and a fully furnished kitchen with kettle. The second level has one bedroom with three single beds, TV and DVD. There are no doors and the ceiling is 1.85m high. The apartment has Wi-Fi broadband connection. This apartment also features a safety deposit box (19cm x 36cm x 42cm).
We will only accept reservation for families or people over 30 years.
It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.

Extras
Check-in from 14:00. If the apartment is available and has been prepared, it may be possible to check-in before 14:00. Payment and collection of the keys will take place in the owner’s office close to Plaza Cataluña. In exceptional cases, depending on the day and time of arrival, advanced payment may be required.
If check-in in person at the apartment is required, outside of office hours, the following costs will be involved:
Monday to Friday after 20:00: €40.
Saturday and public holidays between 10:00 and 12:00: €25 (Check-in outside these times is not possible)
Check-out by 11:00. For late check-out, please consult with the owner regarding possible times and the charges involved.

Amazing apartment in a really exclusive area.Flat was clean, wide living room, well equipped kitchen and wide loft but mind your head and be careful to the beam:-) Wonderful view from the huge main window, relaxing and exclusive.
