      It is a 70m2 apartment, totally refurbished, located on the fifth floor of a property with no elevator.
      It has three bedrooms, all of them with windows, and a high-quality finish bathroom.
      There is a big kitchen next to the living room, which has a nice balcony to the Sagrada Familia, by Antoni Gaudi, the famous modernist Catalan architect.
      You will also find a kettle. The owner can provide a crib on demand without extra cost.

      We will only accept reservation for families or people over 21 years.

      It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.

      Check-in starting from 2 pm. If the apartment is ready and empty it will be possible to enter before 2 pm.
      The check-out time is 11h. In case you require a late check-out, please check with the owner the availability and rates.

      Payment methods:
      The payment of the apartment is usually made directly with the landlord, in his/her office or in the apartment itself. However, depending on the date and time of arrival of the client, or in exceptional circumstances, an advanced payment may be required.

      Collection of keys:
      Depending on the date and time of arrival, the collection of keys normally takes place at the reception desk, located in Plaza Cataluña and open 24h a day.
