This apartment enjoys of a fantastic position right in front of the modernist building “Palacio Mutualista” and just a few steps away from the “Avenida Gaudí” the commercial and gastronomic core which unifies the “Sagrada Familia” with the “Hospital San Pablo”, Domenech i Montaner. Thanks to the underground stop Hospital San Pablo and to several bus stops this area enjoys of a good transport connection with the entire city. The apartment has a surface of 75 sqm, it is very comfortable and elegantly refurbished. All comforts are included for making your stay unforgettable as wireless internet. In suite there is a bathroom (with bath) a bedroom with double bed and another one with a single bed and a shared bathroom. The apartment disposes of cupboards, ceiling fans and heating for all the rooms. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped; the living room is very luminous and comfortable and disposes of a balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view (the modernist building “Palacio de la Mutua” and “Hospital san Pablo”).
