Appartement fonctionnel et agréable mais très sombre, sans aucune vue sur l'extérieur, dans un passage étroit , sombre et aux odeurs d'urine désagréables, mais bien placé à part ces inconvénients.

le seul pett probleme est que la terrasse n'est pas très accessible elle est d'une hauteur environ 1m20 au dessus du niveau de l'apparetment et il n'y a pas de marches oblige de monter sur une chaise.bonne comunication
