This 75 square metered apartment is located in a building with a lift in the “Raval” district in the "Ciutat Vella" area, a very popular area in Barcelona due to its many bars, restaurants and brand name shops.
It can accommodate up to 4 persons and it is fully furnished. There is a bedroom, with two single beds (which can be made into a double bed). This bedroom has been elegantly furnished, is furnished with two bedside tables with two small lamps, has wooden floor and a big window which makes it very luminous. The dining room is quite big and is decorated stylishly; the furniture is brand new and there is a wooden floor. In this room you will find a double sofa bed, an armchair, a small table and a shelving cabinet with a satellite TV, a radio, a DVD player and a HI-FI.The walls are white but the decoration is made up of a whole set of colours: white, red and white. From this room you have also direct access to the balcony for you to enjoy the views of the city and the fresh air. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the modern comforts for a hassle-free stay; you will find an oven, a fridge, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee machine and a table etc.. The bathroom is fully furnished with bathtub, sink and toilet.
The apartment has air conditioning, washing machine and an iron. Smoking is allowed in the apartment.
Baby cot can be provided on request without additional cost.
For stays of 7 or more nights there is a free cleaning service

wir wuerden es aufjedenfall wieder buchen.sauber u schoen eingerichtet. gegenueber kleiner einkaufsladen, fahrrad verleih, sogar seine taschen kann mann paar haeuser weiter abgeben, falls man , wie wir, spaet abends abreist. die las ramplas nur 1 min zu fuss. strand ca. 2 - 3 min mit dem fahrrad zu erreichen. auch die vermieterin war sehr nett u hilfsbereit. fuer kurztripp perfekte lage.

Le logement etait dans lensemble correct, juste une mauvaise surprise avec une Odeur desagreable dans la salle de bain nous avons du laisser couler leau 10mn pour estomper lodeur! Dans lensemble notre sejour cest bien passé, la personne qui Nous a accueilli etais sympa! Dommage quil y est la Bariere de la langue ce qui nous a fait galerer pres dune heure dans le frOid! Aparttement tres bien situer et calme!

Friendly, helpful, and relaxed, excellent people. Excellent location. We liked the buzz of the street sounds. The only downside was that the bath entrance gap was small and awkward - anyone who isn't a slim figure would have difficulty getting in and out of the bath.

It would be helpful to disclose more about the neighbourhood where the property is located. We are not very used to having people smoking inside and would have preffered a non-smoking apartment.
