This 75 sqm apartment is located in a building with a lift in the “Raval” district which belongs to the "Ciutat Vella" zone, a very popular area in Barcelona due to its many bars, restaurants and brand name shops.
It can accommodate up to 6 persons and it is fully furnished. There are two bedrooms, with two single beds (which can be made into a double bed). Both these bedrooms have been elegantly furnished, are equippped with two bedside tables with two small lamps, have wooden floor and a big window which makes them very luminous. The dining room is quite big and is decorated stylishly; the furniture is brand new, in dark brown and there is a wooden floor. In this room you will find a double sofa bed, an armchair, a small table and a shelving cabinet with a satellite TV, a radio, a DVD player and a HI-FI.The walls are white but the decoration is made up of a whole set of colours: white, red and white. From this room you have also direct access to the balcony for you to enjoy the views of the city and the fresh air. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the modern comforts for a hassle-free stay; you will find an oven, a fridge, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee machine and a table etc.. The bathroom is fully furnished with shower, sink and toilet.
The apartment has air conditioning, washing machine and an iron. Smoking is allowed in the apartment.
Baby cot can be provided on request without additional cost.
For stays of 7 or more nights there is a free cleaning service.

El piso está muy bien, en buena ubicación, las camas muy cómodas, aseo complementario al baño, cocina equipada. Los únicos detalles eran que echábamos en falta jabón para lavar la vajilla (sí había estropajo) y que el baño tenía algo de olor a humedad, pero dejamos el extractor puesto un buen rato y se solucionó.

It was a basic but neat appartment, except for the annoying antz that were in the kitchen and bathroom. We were travelling with a 7month old baby and on the day of return, we wanted to leave our luggage (2 soothcases) in/by the appartment, but that was quite difficult to arrange.

bien placé mais ascenseur en panne le jour de notre arrivée + deux autres jours durant notre séjour, la personne d'accueil n'a pas proposé d'aide pour porter une valise, déplaisant lorsque le choix s'était porté sur un logement avec ascenseur , literie en très mauvais état dans une des chambres, fauteuils et canapé défraichis - le ménage a été très bien fait - merci au personnel qualité - prix : chers par rapport à ce que nous avons vu d'autre sur place. Merci de votre attention.

The apartment was excellent. So much better than a hotel. Especially enjoyed having a balcony! Location was superb...only 1 block off Las Ramblas. Smoking is allowed in this apartment and it did NOT smell ! Sofa bed could be upgraded and the beds could use some foam to make them a little more comfortable. Thank you for the FREE wii fii .... it was nice to keep in touch with everyone at home.
