This area of the apartment is 45 sqm, and is located in a building with a lift right in the heart of Barcelona, in the “Raval” district, which has many bars, restaurants and brand-name shops.  

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is fully furnished.  

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, and it is decorated elegantly, with white walls and it also has a carpet. There are bedside tables with lamps at both sides of the bed so guests can read before going to bed. The room is very bright due to the fact that the window is quite big.  
The living/dining room is quite big and is decorated in a modern style.  All the furniture is new, in dark brown and has all its covers on. Here you can also find a sofa bed for 2, a reclining chair to relax in, a small table and a shelving cabinet where you can find the TV, radio and hi-fi system. The walls are white but all the decoration is a complete mix of colours: white-red-brown. This room also is directly linked to the big (not furnished) terrace (access to the terrace by a ladder), where you can enjoy the views of the city and take in the fresh air.  
The kitchen is fully furnished and decorated in a modern style, with the wood furniture in different colours: white and light brown. It has everything you could possibly need for a pleasant, stress-free stay in Barcelona. Here there are, amongst other appliances: an oven, a fridge, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee machine and a table.  The bathroom is complete with shower, washbasin and toilet.  It is decorated elegantly in clear tones. 

The apartment also has free internet wifi connection air conditioning, a washing machine and an iron. Smoking is allowed in the apartment.

Baby cot can be provided on request without additional cost.
For stays of 7 or more nights there is a free cleaning service.
