This is a spacious, 95 squared metre apartment, which can accommodate up to 8 people in a wonderful location, being only 5 minutes walk from "Sagrada Família"; Gaudi’s most famous construction. The area is also very well served by public transport. This bright, welcoming apartment is brand new (built in 2008), and is very elegantly furnished.
There are 2 rooms, both with single beds, which can be put together to make a double bed and a third living room with a double sofa bed. In the fully furnished living room, you will find a double sofa bed, a nice table, all the modern comforts such as satellite TV with international channels, a HI-FI, a DVD player.
The living room is directly linked to the beautiful terrace where you can relax and enjoy the air of Barcelona.
The kitchen, which is separate from the living room, has an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and another courtesy one.

El apartamento era amplio , con decoracion contemporanea , bien equipado. Sin embargo estaba sucio, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Ademas se oye y se siente el metro que pasa justo por debajo, dia y noche.

The description said there was a view of Sagrada Familia from the terrace-we could only see it if we walked around the block and looked down the street. We were also supposed to have free Wi-Fi access-it did only if we walked up 2 floors and sat in the stairwell. The kitchen was lacking dish towels and pot holders. The floors of the apartment were filthy-our feet were black after walking around barefooted.

We had several problems with the apartment. The first was the noise level. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything, even the conversations people are having upstairs. If you have babies or are a light sleeper, I would not rent this apartment. i wish we would have known this when we rented the apartment as we have 2 babies who are light sleepers. Also, the wireless internet did not work on the first floor. You either had to go out to the terrace or go upstairs. This was quite annoying as we were mostly in the living room with the children.
