the truth is that it has been all right, a little bit of complications with the contact person because is supposed we had come earlier and made us wait a bit.

la verdad es que ha ido todo bien, un poco de complicaciones con la persona de contacto porque se suponia que teniamos que entrar antes y nos hicieron esperar un poco.

Us soprendio much to come see all the walls and mirrors of the floor were very dirty, full of spots and stains of all kinds. This accommodation had sought I and I felt very embarrassed in front of my family when we open the door. A punctual mark on a wall would be understandable but what we found ...was totally unacceptable. We later found two soiled towels - with several brands of maquillaque or something similar - bent and tucked between the other towels as if they were clean. This made us doubt of cleanliness of the sheets, pillows, etc.. Another problem we find is the wi fi stopped working the next morning of our arrival and still had not settled when we left the House about 2 p.m., you could not use it until that night. Even so, it worked only half since we had to leave the door of the House opened by internet to avoid losing the signal. Finally, there was no SOAP or lavavallijas, or foil kitchen, or tissue throughout the House and only had a pill for the lavavallijas. By chance we met the man who was responsible for the maintenance and brought us paper toilet and kitchen paper (in addition another person brought us more towels). 

Nos soprendió mucho al llegar ver que todas las paredes y los espejos del piso estaban muy sucios, llenos de marcas y manchas de todo tipo. Este alojamiento lo había buscado yo y me sentía muy avergonzada delante de mi familia cuando abrimos la puerta. Una marca puntual en una pared sería ...comprensible pero lo que encontramos era totalmente inaceptable. Más tarde encontramos dos toallas sucias - con varias marcas de maquillaque o algo parecido- dobladas y metidas entre las demás toallas como si fueran limpias. Esto nos hizo dudar del estado de limpieza de las sábanas, almohadas, etc.. Otro problema que encontramos es que el wi fi dejó de funcionar la mañana siguiente de nuestra llegada y todavía no se había solucionada cuando nos marchamos de la casa sobre las 14 horas, por lo que no pudimos usarlo hasta esa noche. Aún así, solamente funcionaba a medias ya que tuvimos que dejar la puerta de la casa abierta por internet para no perder la señal. Finalmente, no había ni jabón de lavavallijas, ni papel de cocina, ni papel higiénico en toda la casa y solamente había una pastilla para la lavavallijas. Por casualidad nos encontramos con el hombre que se encargaba del mantenimiento y nos trajo papel higienico y papel de cocina (además otra persona nos trajo más toallas).
