A warm and comfortable 2nd floor Apartment of 55 m2 in a XIX Century building within the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. The street is very quiet and very central: 2 min walk to Las Ramblas and 10 min to the Cathedral. Restored in the end of 2002, the apartment has a capacity of max. 5 people.
In the end of 2002 the flat was completely redecorated and furnished in a typical building of the old city with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, 2 comfortable rooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds) and a living/dining room with air conditionig. There is an extra single bed in one of the rooms. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. It has colour TV and radio, heating and electric fan. The kitchen has hob, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, juicer. Also, for your comfort, you will find guidebooks of Barcelona and another information of the city to facilitate your visit.ExtrasThe owner only accepts bookings for people over 26years old

Monsieur N est très gentil, il nous a donné de super conseils pour notre séjour,Dans l'appartement tout était très bien, fidel à ce qui est décrit sur l'annonce, Un détail: la salle de bains est un peu petite. Idéalement placé, à 2mn du port, en plein coeur du barrio gothico. On apréhendait un peu parceque c'était la première fois que nous réservions comme ca un appartement par internet...et devoir laisser des arrhes et la caution, ne nous rassurait pas, pourtant, nous sommes très satisfait et nous réutiliserons vos services!

L'appartement est idéalement placé dans Barcelone, en bon état et agréable. L'immeuble est assez sonore et la rue étroite a tendance à amplifier les bruits des fêtards qui rentrent. Site bien fait. Il est facile de naviguer et de rechercher la location idéale. C'est la première fois que nous passions par ce site et nous n'avons pas été déçus.

Alloggio in posizione centrale, ma di contro ha un bagno veramente piccolo ed una camera da letto veramente buia. Di notte è rumoroso. Appena arrivato le pulizie efffettuate non erano delle migliori.

The accomodation is unpretential but clean and has everything you need. It is in a very narrow street and the building has no elevator but then again it is almost next to La Rambla!

En todo nuestra estadía, no tuvimos agua caliente para bañarnos. Si bien, el dueño trató de solucionar el problema, no pudo. Lo anterior se suma a una mala limpieza especialmente en la cocina. El valor que tiene este alojamiento es la ubicación, cerca de la playa y a una calle de La Rambla.
