Apartment with a great terrace facing La Sagrada Familia

The apartment is in a superficially good for closer Hinsehn but lousy state. The rust flowed to us from the table on the terrace, the flowers are scruffy, the plaster crumbling off the wall. In the kitchen, the oven was not cleaned and stank during the first use after fat, the kitchen table was ...corrupted, the kitchen window to read nor close like this in the master bedroom. In the bathroom, the disposal in the shower area is orange yellow. Washing machine and vacuum cleaner are 10 euro IKEA table in the living room full of scratches break, the wise. When a single broom, the style was broken up. The elevator carried only 3 people, otherwise the door won\'t open. I can not recommend this apartment. 

Die Wohnung ist in einem vordergründig gutem, bei genauerem Hinsehn aber miserablem Zustand. Aus dem Tisch auf der Terrasse floss uns der Rost entgegen, die Blumen sind vergammelt, der Putz bröckelt von der Wand. In der Küche war der Ofen nicht geputzt und stank bei der ersten Benutzung nach ...Fett, der Küchentisch war beschädigt, das Küchenfenster lies sich ebenso wenig schließen wie das im Elternschlafzimmer. Im Badezimmer ist die Verfugung im Duschbereich orangegelb. Waschmaschine und Staubsauger sind kaputt, der weise 10 Euro Ikea-tisch im Wohnzimmer voller Schrammen. Beim einzigen Besen war der Stil abgebrochen. Der Aufzug befördert immer nur 3 Personen, sonst öffnet sich die Türe nicht. Diese Wohnung kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Der Vermieter hat die Wohnung überprüft und garantiert für den guten Zustand der Terrasse mitsamt den Blumen sowie dafür, dass die Fenster einwandfrei geschlossen und geöffnet werden können. Weiterhin bestätigt er, dass das Badezimmer gereinigt und der Ikea-Tisch durch einen neuen ersetzt wurde.

Gaudi Terrace was a replacement accomodation offered by apartment owner/rep. The accomodation and contact was disappointing. I emailed Oh Barcelona of my concerns while I was still in Barcelona. I received an acknowledgement email. I was advised that my concerns will be investigated. To date I ...haven't heard or received any communication from Oh Barcelona except for this automated survey request. Here are the issues with the apartment/contact person: Windows were not secured (3 windows) locks were broken. I had to put clothes hanger and kitchen gadget to secure the kitchen window for peace of mind. Although, the apt was in the top floor we were concern about neighbor's ability to access apt. Water pressure very low and drain clogged. More suggestions/concern not enough room to type all. I called contact for apt when we arrived at the BCN airport to advised of our arrival. We waited for an hour at least. She was unprepared (no maps provided/no info/tips volunteered/I had to ask all the questions). I guess I expected a better service. Suggest that contact show the apartment/run through i.e we couldn't figure out the stove - didn't use it at all. For customer convenience it would be nice if extra trash bags are provided since trash must be removed at check out. 2 of the electic outlets are broken in the kitchen. There was a crack on the glass kitchen table (it was there when we arrived) I noted on the original email to Oh Barcelona. Existing damages to apt should be noted to new occupants to ensure charges are not billed to new occupant/s

The apartment is bars for breakfast, bakeries, Bank, food and restaurants really very nice, many in direct Umgebung.Der ideal starting point to discover Barcelona by underground it is also fast on the beach!In the Centre of Gràcia you can go on foot, even at night, there is a sense. the large ...terrace is ideal when as a 4-member family with items from the beach comes. 2 lines of the hop-on hop-off buses are within walking distance. 

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, Bars zum Frühstücken, Bäckereien, Bank, Lebensmittel und Restaurants zahlreich in direkter Umgebung. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt um Barcelona zu entdecken, mit der U-Bahn ist man auch schnell am Strand! Ins Zentrum von Gracia kann man gut zu Fuß gehen, auch ...nachts hat man ein sicheres Gefühl. Die große Terrasse ist ideal, wenn man als 4-köpfige Familie mit Utensilien vom Strand kommt. 2 Linien der Hop-on Hop-off Busse sind fußläufig zu erreichen.  

Very pleasant and well equipped apartment located near a subway, beautiful terrace with beautiful view of Barcelona and the segrada familia. Only flat, damage could not do barbecue on the terrace, in may provide an electric barbecue.

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé, situé à proximité d'un métro, terrasse magnifique avec belle vue sur barcelone et la segrada familia. Seul bémol, dommage qu'on ne puisse pas faire de barbecue sur la terrasse, à prévoir peut-être un barbecue électrique.

The apartment was extremely clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment. Everything was in good working order. The outdoor terrace was the icing on the cake - the weather was hot and it was lovely to be able to step outside whenever we wanted to, particularly as the apartment was on the 7th floor!

-The crib does not fit into any room, we had to put it in the living room-the rooms are very small, and two of them with literas(en_las_fotos_no_se_veian_las_literas)-the terrace has no umbrella and you can not enjoy during the day-there is no flexibility in the time of departure (even when between anyone to the apartment that same day).

- La cuna no cabe en ninguna habitación, tuvimos que ponerla en el sálon. - Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y dos de ellas con literas(en las fotos no se veían las literas). - La terraza no tiene sombrilla y no se puede disfrutar durante el dia. - No hay flexibilidad en la hora de salida ( incluso sin que entre nadie al apartamento ese mismo dia ).

It was a difficult to wait till 14:00 to receive keys for the apartment
