L'appartement n'etait pas assez proche d'une bouche de metro. L'odeur d'egout dans la salle de bain etait infecte. La machine a cafe melita coulait de partout et donc etait completement defectueuse. La poignee de l'armoire etait cassee. Et je ne reviendrai pas dans cet appartement la car il etait vraiment trop bruyant. Point positif un accueil irreprochable par M. P, tres sympa et tres serviable.

L'appartement se situe à 7 minutes à pied du métro. Le propriétaire confirme avoir changé la poignée de porte de l'armoire et avoir révisé le bon fonctionnement de la cafetière. L'odeur dans la salle a pu provenir ponctuellement de la tuyauterie communautaire et non propre à l'appartement.

El aire acondicionado del cuarto no prendio. pero usamos el de la sala y muy bien... ojo con las esquinas de la cama: son mortales. Atención personalizada de primera, la persona de contacto respondió a una solicitud personal de una manera inmediata, y francamente gentil. Podemos comentar que venimos de otras experiencias de apartamentos alquilados en Paris y Roma, y luego seguimos a Madrid, y están ustedes en esa comparación en primer lugar lejos de los otros. La chequera que había extraviado apareció en mi maleta y no les avise antes porque no tenía respuesta, pero es agradable ver que despues de terminar la relación de renta, quedaron pendientes de saber y de revisar si la habia dejado en algun lado. LOS FELICITO. Asi se muestra una mejor cara de los apartamentos vacacionales. Y Barcelona siempre es BONA.
