Nice apartment near la Sagrada Familia

The location is very good, close to the Sagrada Familia and in a fairly quiet residential area. There is a great food market just up the road as well as a small supermarket. There are also plenty of little fruit shops, bakeries, coffee shops etc. Unfortunately our flight arrived early in the ...morning and we could not check in until 4pm. I think that next time we would consider taking an apartment for an extra night so that we could check in as soon as we arrived. We were, however, able to leave our luggage at the Oh-Barcelona office during the day. Our contact person was there on time and very helpful. The accommodation is lovely - well equipped, big enough for two and comfortable. Loved the balcony looking out on the street from living room and bedroom. 

The contact person was 90 minutes late. We did set-up the arrival time and did call when arrived at airport. It was a Saturday, the regular contact person spoke with us on the phone, but a substitute contact was sent by metro to come meet us. He was very gracious and accommodating, but does not know... the property well. He did all he could to get us situated. We would prefer more punctuality but understand, that it was a week end and we arrived during Barcelona's afternoon off-hours (1-5PM) 

Consistent with the description. Comfortable and very well located. Shops in abundance. Quiet for a city centre apartment. There is a persistent smell of sewage in the bathroom which has however ventilation. An improperly seated toilet seat. Amount of insufficient dishes.Very pleasant stay.

Conforme à la description. Confortable et très bien situé. Commerces de proximité en abondance. Peu bruyant pour un appartement de centre ville. A signaler une odeur persistante d'égout dans la salle de bains qui dispose cependant d'une aération. Un abattant de WC mal fixé. Quantité de vaisselle insuffisante.Séjour très agréable.

One of them was locked cabinets and I\'ve got to open it. In the bathroom the toilet tablet was unscrewed. Overall, however, everything went fine.

Uno dei due armadi era chiuso a chiave e non ho avuto modo di aprirlo. Nel bagno la tavoletta del water era svitata. Nel complesso comunque tutto è andato benissimo.

at the Central and good location of the apartment, the noise from the street is getting used to but normal for a city.

bei der zentralen und guten Lage des Appartements ist der Lärm von der Straße gewöhnungsbedürftig jedoch für eine Großstadt normal.

A 10 for the contact person. Pretty good location but rather medium accommodation. It really is in the picture but when they detect inside some drawbacks as odors of pipes, the noise of the old elevator... He would hire my stay through Oh-Barcelona.En every contact I have had with all staff have ...been facilities and good intention. I emphasize again the contact person. 

Un 10 por la persona de contacto. La ubicación bastante buena pero el alojamiento mas bien medio. Es realmente como en la foto pero cuando estas dentro detectas algunos incovenientes como los malos olores de las cañerias, los ruidos del viejo ascensor... Volvería a contratar mi estancia a traves... de Oh-Barcelona.En cada contacto que he tenido con el personal todo han sido facilidades y buena tención. Destaco de nuevo la persona de contacto.
